It's been awhile and everything has calmed down. Customers have slowly started coming back and so have gangs. Gangs now hide in the shadows or abandoned buildings around to better have a chance to get salim.
Anyways, manny an ralph are at school and I found out the name of the gang I served on tuesday. The Banana Bus Squad, or for short The BBS. They've come around a few times and hung out here but that's it.
Anyways, I was on lunch right now and on the phone with my dad.
"You made what?" He asked
"I call it a Cover! It's something I made out of rubber, permanent paint, a thin layer of bullet proof glass, and just for fun some of that nail glue stuff so it could stick!" I explained," It's really good for covering tattoo's and look's so much like skin! And I made it after your invention! The-"
"The Mark Be Goner! Awe, sweetie!" He said proudly
I chuckled a little and so did he.
"You really have improved your skills on inventing my girl!" He said proudly," I hope one day it gets recognized."
My parent's don't know where my shop is or what kind of people I'm around but it's the place I'm in that helps me express my gifts. It's too bad it had to be here.
"Thanks dad, I hope one day it does too." I replied
"Y/N THINGS ARE A BIT BORING, GIVE ME ALL THE STUPID YOU HAVE!" Tom shouted
"Is that tom? Bring him over, I wanna talk to this goof!" Dad chuckled
"Okay!" I chuckled an put him on speaker," Tom! My dad want's to talk to you!"
"OH HELL YEAH! DAD WISDOM!" Tom cheered
Me an my dad laughed as tom arrived to the private room I was in.
"What's up papa smart?" Tom greeted
"Tom my boy! How have you been?" My dad cheered
"Pretty good, pretty good! You?" Tom asked
"Never better!" Dad replied
I chuckled an shook my head a little. My parent's LOVE tom! He's an idiot but they love his idiotic little butt that they practically want to adopt him.
"Now answer me a question, tom!" My dad said
"Shoot it, papa smart!" Tom encouraged
"Why haven't you asked out my daughter already you coward?" My dad teased
"Ew!" Tom teased
I bursted out laughing as tom playfully rejected the question.
"No! I like being her friend better, besides it'd be cool to be your son but sorry papa smart!" Tom said," Some lines just can't be crossed!"
"Ah phewy! My daughter is worth the while, not to mention her family!" Dad said, still trying to convince him to date me
"Okay okay, that's enough tom time we have for today folks!" I teased an pushed tom out
"BYE PAPA SMART!" Tom shouted last minute
"Bye tom ole boy!" Dad replied
I closed the door and chuckled.
"Really?" I asked
"You're a good match, don't really me!" He teased
I shook my head an got closer to the phone.
