This is one of three scenarios written under the title "Drunk". Tune in for a different story next Friday and remember to save this to your library so you can be notified when I update this book. I'll still be posting to my Christmas MG book at the same time, too, so please go find that and save it to your library too if you haven't already.

You giggled as Matthew kept trying to distract you from helping him remove his shoes. He'd been in the area drinking with some friends but had gotten bored and had made his way over to your flat. You were in a surprisingly good mood for having been woken up at 2am.

He tried to pull at you to make you sit down next to him on your bed.

"Matthew, stop!" you laughed, steadying yourself on his knees from your crouched position. Anyone walking in might've construed it for something else. "You need to take your shoes off."

He played with your hair as you untied his boots, studying you as closely as his drunk eyes could:

"You'd be such a good girlfriend."

"Erm.. Thanks?" You tugged off his left boot, face contorting with confusion – not that he noticed. Where was he going with this?

"No... seriously." He swayed a little, closing his eyes. "You're so nice and sweet. You like all the same things I do – you're like a guy but you're not because you're a girl who has boobs." He giggled to himself a little, "Shemar kind of has boobs... does that make him a girl?"

You shook your head, a bemused look on your face, "Shemar's a guy, babe. You've seen firsthand that he is." You shuddered a little suddenly remembering the – far too many – times you've seen his...erm...

Matthew was oddly silent for a while as you finally got his right shoe off.

"Can you undress yourself?" you asked.

He slowly opened his eyes and started to pull his shirt off. He swayed a bit more, struggling with getting it any further than half way up his sunkissed torso.

You sighed as you stood up. "Arms up."

He lifted up his arms and you pulled his shirt off, throwing it to the side. When you turned back to face him he had the cutest pout placed upon his lips.

"Skinnies too, babe."

You groaned as you watched him struggle just to undo his belt, realising that you would have to help him with those too.

He stuck his bottom lip out at you, his eyes barely open. "Help, please?"

You rolled your eyes playfully. "I hope you have boxers on, Matthew Gray."

His face creased as he thought, "I think I do."

"Fuck sake, Matt," you muttered.

He chuckled.

You carefully pulled the waistband of his jeans over, breathing a sigh of relief when you spotted the band of his Calvin's. "Thank fuck."

This caused him to laugh a little too loudly and you shushed him for fear of waking up your neighbours.

"Sorry, babe."

"Stand up." You tugged him up by his forearms. He placed his hands on your shoulders to stop himself from falling over. You quickly pulled them down to his ankles, sitting him down so you could struggle with the rest of the fabric. You discarded them with his shirt and shoes.

"You're far too good to me." Matthew mumbled, laying down. You walked over to your bedroom light and switched it off before climbing in next to him. All was silent and you thought he had fallen asleep.

"Y/NN?" He slurred, rolling over to find you in the dark.

"Mmhmm?" You looked at him. His eyes were fully shut.

"Why aren't you my girlfriend?"

His words took you aback. Surely this was just the drink talking? Your thoughts were cut off when he snuggled further into you, resting his head on your pajama-clad chest.

You ran your fingers through his hair, taking your chance to admit how you felt towards him given that he probably wouldn't remember in the morning; "You've never asked."

"Oh."

Everything turned quiet again for a few seconds.

"Will you?"

"Will I what?"

"Be my girlfriend?"

You blew out a puff of air from your nose. "Ask me when you're sober, Matt."
