I couldn't help but wipe a tear from my eye, Percy's death effected me, it hurt, it pained me, before I came to comfort Annabeth, I was busy sobbing, I couldn't actually believe he was gone, he was a great hero, I slung my arm around Annabeth and together we stared off at the sea in front of us, Annabeth was crying sorrowfully, I hated seeing her upset, I tried to hold in my tears longer, but I just couldn't do it, ''T-Thalia...'' She managed between sobs, ''Y-yes?'' I responded, trying my hardest not to cry harder, oh gods it was hard, ''The sea, it isn't the same anymore....'' she stated, I looked off, also noticing. I didn't want to say anything more. It was true, Poseidon did not take the death well, nor did Tyson. I don't blame them, who could?; Annabeth got up and brushed herself off, and walked away without saying anything, I followed. I saw she was heading to Percy's grave. I left her to be alone, watching her from behind a tree, ''Seaweed Brain, please... I'm sorry I wasn't smart enough to see that spear! I'm so sorry, please, come back to me! You promised you wouldn't leave me...'' she trailed off, I watched as she sat down by the grave, looking like she was guarding it. ''Annabeth..'' Nico said,  coming out of no where, Nico dumped some blue pancakes by Percy's grave and started to chant, I heard a groan and I saw a faint flash, something was glowing, coming towards Annabeth and Nico, I wanted to warn them but they seemed completly at ease, I watched as the scene unfolded, Nico had summoned Percy's ghost for Annabeth, ''Annabeth.... Nico? What am I doing here?'' Percy asked, looking puzzled, Annabeth immediately looked up when she heard his voice, but her shoulders dropped when she saw it was only the ghost of him. ''I summoned you Percy'' Nico replied, like it was obvious, which it is. Gods, Percy is a Kelp Head. ''Percy!'' Annabeth exclaimed and ran towards him, arms outstretched, but she ran right through him, Percy chuckled and just said ''I missed you Wise Girl'' and then shot a glance at Nico, ''I missed you too Nico'' Nico just laughed, which was weird, since Nico never laughed. ''Thalia, I can see youuu!!'' He teased, ''Wassup Kelp Head?'' I said with a laugh, ''Not much Pinecone Face'' he retorted, ''PERCY?!'' I heard behind me, Leo bounced up behind us with an excited look. Percy's form began to flicker. ''Percy, why did you die for me?...'' Annabeth asked, Percy immediately got a pained expression, ''Listen, you've got a long life ahead of you Wise Girl, I wanted to see you live it''  In response Annabeth just sat back down and cried. Percy started to disappear. ''Percy! No! I'm sorry! I was stupid! It's my fault you're like this! Please! Stay with me!'' Annabeth said, heartbroken. I didn't want to speak, I didn't want to cry, I swallowed a sob as I watched Annabeth try to hug Percy once more before he was gone, but failed. ''I'll summon him once more tomorrow!'' Nico said.
