Chapter 3:Welcome to the 'Best' home

Hahaha you see what I did with the title, good one right. . . . . Okay you know what on with the story.

3rd POV:8:20am
As Denis and Elijah were walking down to the hourly parking lot with Denis's luggage, Denis asked Elijah,"Aren't you tired Elijah?". Elijah looked up at Denis and said, "Well, I am tired but I took a tiny nap before I left, you see I already cleaned up the house last night so all I had to do was get groceries and make sure nothing was out of place, oh and also I had to pick up Rudy from the vet because.....,"then Elijah started rambling again as he opened the driver seat to get in and Denis just continued to listen as he was closing the trunk and walking to the passenger side to get in. As Elijah started the car he said "Ohh I've been rambling this whole time,sorry Debsy," Denis said, "I like it when you ramble gives me something to listen to," Elijah started giggling as Denis slowly drifted off to sleep.

DENIS's POV:9:10am
I wake up to a slight nudge on my shoulder and slowly opened my eyes, "Oh were here," I said, as I stretched my arms and opened the car door, "Yep were here," Elijah chirped. As soon as I got out I felt a cold touch on my nose, "Huh, Oh it's snowing!" I said enthusiastically, I turned to see Elijah, I didn't realize I was staring at him for awhile until he said "HEY you, why are you staring at me,"said Elijah
with a mocking pout that made me blush and look away I stuttered while saying, "N- NO- NOTHING , let's just go inside I'm hungry". As Elijah opened the door, a ray of scents filled my nose, 'It smells so nice and the house is so clean.' "I'm glad I'm not in the cold anymore" I said, "Honestly me too," said Elijah with a big smile, he is really cute when he smiles. "You should smile more Elijah~," I said as I smirked.

ELIJAH'S POV:
You should smile more Elijah~," Denis said, with a smirk. I started blushing immediately, "Awwww is someone blushing," Denis said while coming closer. I quickly said "Noooo, it's j- j- just HoT In hERe ," I hid my face really quickly and started running up the stairs and finally went to my room and closed the door. I hit my back on the door, 'I shouldn't have ran away like that, it's just Uhhhh I don't know....' then I heard a knock, 'Ah crap-'

DENIS'S POV:
Elijah turned away from me and started running up the stairs while covering his face "ELIJAH WAIT," I yelled while running to catch up with him. I saw the door close and walked toward the door and knocked once, "Elijah......," I said softly.........'No response' . "I'm really sorry Elijah, I really am," I waited there hoping for a response but then the door cracked open, I looked up and saw his eye then he pushed the door a little bit more so I could see his whole face. He still had a tint of pink on his cheeks he was looking to the side, then all the sudden, Out of nowhere I reached for his cheek, Elijah darted his eyes to mine, 'His eyes are sparkly, I could look at them forever,' I didn't even realize I had reached for his cheek and started rubbing my thumb softly on his right cheek. "D..Denis," Elijah mumbled, that snapped me out of it and quickly put my hand back down and put my other hand on the back of my neck scratching it nervously I started stuttering trying to say a word but was quickly cut off by a hug......from Elijah, "You shouldn't have took that serious,dummy," mumbled Elijah, I smiled 'What would I do without him.' Elijah looked up from my chest to look at me "We should get you unpacked den-den," said Elijah with a cheeky smile while breaking the hug then we looked at each other for a moment and at the same time me and him said, "RACE YOU THERE," "Huh," I said confused for a second but Elijah was already running downstairs, I yelled, "HEY THATS UNFAIR," while running after him, by the time I got there he was running out the front door, "You slick dragon," I mumbled, "Might as well wait for him, then we can unpack." 'Now that I think about it, WHEN ARE  WE GOING TO EAT !'

ELIJAH'S POV:9:30am
"Finally finished," I said, Denis mumbled something but I didn't catch on, Denis then said, "Can we go eat NOW, Pweasse." 'He's such a baby sometimes geez,' I smiled then said, "Oki, what do you want to eat Den-den!" "Hmmmm Pancakes!!" Denis yelled excitedly. "Well, I'm gonna get started, while I do that make yourself at home Debsy." Denis then said, "Might as well ohhh and also you know how to cook Elijah?" "Yeah of course I do dummy," I said while I was getting a pan, bowl and pancake mix. Denis then got up from the couch and started walking towards me, "Can I help by any chance?" Denis said whilst touching my finger tips with his own. That sent shivers down my spine, I also started feeling my face heat up. 'He's so close,' "Uhhh sure den-." "Let's get started then!" Denis said interrupting me and removing his hand from the position it was in. 'Is he teasing me or something, never mind......probably did that by accident
20 minutes later
"That was delicious!" said Denis, getting up and putting away his dish. "Hey Denis, you have a girlfriend. . . . . . . right?" I said curiously, Denis then sighed and walked back to counter and said, "Well it's complicated, don't get me wrong she has a kind heart but I just don't feel the same type of love I used to feel when we first met. . . .  there was a long pause  Denis then began talking again, "Actually I don't feel that type of 'Love' with any type of girl," Denis then looked away with a hint of pink on his cheeks while fiddling with his fingers. I raised an eyebrow  'Wait a minute is he trying to tell me he's gay?' I waited patiently for him to continue "Uhhhhh," Denis nervously said, 'He really is a nervous wreck I guess I will finish it for him.'  "So do you by any chance like men that way or are you not sure?" I tilted my head like a puppy. Denis then looked at me and said "Maybe . . . . . . . . .

DENIS'S POV
"Maybe," was all I could manage to say 'I can't tell him that I might actually be gay and maybe have a crush on him, I just got here.' "Well Denis if you are then I will support you no matter what," Elijah said with a big smile. "Thanks Elijah," I said softly. Elijah then started talking again "Sooo what do you wanna do?, film a video,"  "Can we watch a show or something?" I asked, "But it's so earlyyyyy," Elijah said. "Well, we can close the curtains and turn off all the lights and watch maybe 'The Office'." Elijah then said "I guess I did tell you to make yourself at home sooo Yeah let's watch 'The Office'. As Elijah was closing all the curtains to block any light from shining on the tv, Denis was putting the show on and getting a few blankets from his and Elijah's room

Few hours later: 1:55pm
My eyelids were starting to feel heavy when I looked over to Elijah, he was slumped over on the arm rest 'He must be uncomfortable, I'm gonna try to wake him up', "Elijah," I said softly while nudging him on the shoulder a little bit 'Nothing.' I started humming to myself, wondering how I'm supposed to wake him up but then I heard movement beside me but before I could look to my side I felt someone push me down on my back, it was Elijah he then got on top of me with a red blanket on his shoulder and said groggily, "Let's  just sleep I'm tired" Elijah then let his body fall on top of me and laid his head on my chest while gripping his blanket that was covering both of us 'No way, No wAY,  NO WAY, he's laying on top of me like a cute kitty.' I was red as a tomato then I hear a notification go off, it was Elijah's phone. I reached for his phone and brought it up to my face, 'oh it's from Ethan.' I put it back down and looked at the Elijah who was breathing lightly. My face started burning up again I then brushed his hair with my hands it calmed me down quickly I continued to play with his hair until I started feeling this knot in my stomach just like in the airport when I first saw Elijah. I slightly moved my body to the side so that Elijah can be on my side. He slowly but carefully fell to my side facing me 'uhhh should I risk it and cuddle him ehhhh you know what f*ck it.' I slowly moved my hands to his hips and pulled him closer to me, 'so warm, so warm, so war~. . . . . . . . . my eyes were slowly closing, the last thing I felt was Elijah snuggling his face into the crook of my neck as I set my chin on his head.
