First Greetings
┏━━━━━━༻❁༺━━━━━━┓When Shoto finally came to, he first experienced the typical mundane emotion of waking up, followed shortly by the dense exposure of light causing him to squint in reflex. His eyes began a sequence of opening slightly, fluttering the blurriness away as his vision finally came to.
He first spotted the source of the light coming from a coincidently placed window which allowed ample sunlight to pour in right on his face, he was thankful a cloud was in the way. Shoto concluded he was on some sort of cot, the padded mattress too light to provide proper slumber resulting in him thinking he was in an infirmary of sorts.
However, he never had the chance to look around more when the other figures in the room continued their interactions, making it clear they didn't notice his wakening either.
With a tilt of his head, Shoto turned to look at the figures, each with strikingly different hair from the next as they all proceeded with their conversation, must've been heated given their raised voices.
"What kind of manners were you taught to cause such a scene in a public setting, what if you'd hit an elderly or a child!" The nostalgic stern voice of Iida spoke, clearly irritated at whomever he was speaking with.
"You should be angry at the useless Deku over there, he's the one who decided to duck!" The other defensive voice countered, Shoto finding it familiar especially with the tint of anger in it.
"What did you expect me to do!? You're the one who attacked the man for just doing his job, why didn't you just calm down!—" A much softer voice spoke, Shoto finding it much more appealing than the other, his mismatched eyes gazing around to find its source.
"If his job was to sell some shitty item for an overly expensive price, he should've just been homeless already!" The other seethed in argument, Shoto a tad bit confused on the correlation but he didn't bother to question.
"Kacchan, he's a merchant, it's his job to do such things!" The same soft voice stressed, the prince finally able to find the source as he stared at the mess of green hair before him.
"And!? My job is to protect you, but today I'll make an exception—" Bakugo practically growled, his words followed by quick heavy steps as he went to make his way towards Izuku, only for another voice to interrupt.
"Um, guys? He's awake." The girl who was simply watching from the sidelines pointed out, Shoto flinching as nearly all attention poured onto him, especially when the green hair turned into a face with a nose and eye.
"Uh—hi." The prince stated as if it were a question, and he didn't even know if it was the right answer or not.
"Shoto! Thank goodness you're awake, I was beginning to worry this imbecile would've made you unconscious forever!" Iida dramatically exclaimed, ushering over to the cot and plotting onto one of the available seats beside it. The other three members crept forward behind him, the angry one simply letting out a 'tch' and stood still against the wall.
"I got hit in the head from what I recall, it wasn't like I would've died or anything." Shoto stoically commented, his lips itching to a slight grin at his friend's comical expression. His eyes wandering over to the other two who approached with him.
