"No get back in bed." Blaine said when he saw Kurt leave the bedroom. "I can't make you breakfast in bed if you're not in bed." Blaine smiled at Kurt and picked up the tray of food. He sat it down in front of Kurt on the table. "Did you sleep well?"
"Of course I did. I was just hoping to be able to wake up next to you." Kurt took a sip of his apple juice.
"I just still can't believe your here with me." Blaine laid his hand on top of Kurt's. "What about your show?"
"I just have my understudy perform while I'm away." Kurt smiled. "I just needed to see you. You have one amazing friend."
"Ally always..I just don't know what I would do without her."
"We probably wouldn't be here..where we are without her."Kurt said and took a bite of his pancakes.
"Yeah. I mean she's been in my life for years now and she's done so much for me. I just wish I can do something for her." Blaine grabbed a fork and took a piece of Kurt's pancake.
"I think I have an idea. Returning the amazing gesture she gave us."
"What do you mean?" Blaine asked.
"I mean..she gave us each other. She knew we were meant to be so she made it happen." Kurt explained. "I just think we should..she deserves to to have an amazing love story like us."
Blaine smiled and nodded. "And I think I have someone in mind back in New York."
______Kurt looked out of the taxi window. Blaine would not tell him where they were going. He said it was a surprise. Blaine placed his hand on Kurt's which was laid on the seat. Kurt looked at him and smiled. It was the small moments like this that he missed the most.
Suddenly the taxi stopped and Blaine got out going to the other side to let Kurt out. "Where are we going?" Kurt asked as Blaine laced their hands together and began walking down the side walk.
"It's a surprise." Blaine responded as they continued walking. They were walking for a few minutes before the sidewalk ended and a beautiful field appeared. Blaine led them onto the grass and began leading Kurt to the mini picnic he had set up.
"B..." Kurt started as he looked at the mini set up in front of him. Kurt sat down on the blanket next to Blaine. "You know you really didn't have to do all of this."
"I know. I heard this was a perfect spot to stargaze as well." Blaine said as he handed Kurt a mini salad and water. "I've been thinking a lot of the future.." Blaine started to say after a few minutes of them eating in a peaceful silence. "Next Friday's my last day of the tour."
"What? I thought you had a few months left?"
Blaine nodded, looking at Kurt. "There was...I talked about it with Ally and my management team and since we never officially announced the next few months dates.. I told them I need a break. These last few months were hard. I just can't stand to be away from the person I love the most."
"You're coming home?" Kurt asked and Blaine smiled, nodding. Blaine leaned in a pressed his lips to his fiancé's.
"I love you so much."
"I love you too." Blaine moved the picnic basket and laid down on the blanket. Kurt laid down too placing his head on top of Blaine's chest. Blaine wrapped his arms around him and the two just looked at the dazzling stars. "I missed you." Kurt whispered. Blaine kissed the top of Kurt's head.
"I missed you too."
