Happy Holidays !!

Blaine looked at the familiar setup of the room. It felt like he had been gone for years. He took off his jacket and put it on the hook in the closet. He walked farther into the house. Wow. Things looked mostly the same since he left. There was a new thing he hasn't seen before every once in awhile. Blaine brought his suitcase to the bedroom and sat down on the blue comforter on the bed. Good to be home.
Blaine grabbed the big binder from off the nightstand and opened. He smiled. It was all of their ideas for the wedding.
"Hey," Kurt appeared in the doorway of their bedrooms. "How are you? "Kurt asked Blaine. Blaine sat the binder back on the notebook and sighed.
"A little jet lagged, but that's a given. Besides that I'm good. Weird to be back in New York after all of these months." Blaine explained and laid in the bed. Kurt walked over to him and laid down with him. Blaine wrapped his arms around Kurt and pulled him closer. "I love you." Blaine whispered, kissing Kurt on the forehead.
"I love you too." Kurt whispered back and soon after the two fell asleep.
________"Can we talk?" Blaine asked the following day. Kurt grabbed a banana and a granola bar from the cabinet and sat down at the table where Blaine sat.
"Of course, but can I go first?" Kurt handed Blaine a granola bar he had gotten out of the cabinet. Blaine nodded. "They told us that our show will be closing next month."
"I'm so sorry Kurt."
"No, I mean I am sad. It's been such an amazing opportunity. But this means that we could spend more time with each other and plus when a door closes another one opens." Kurt smiled, taking a bite of the banana. "There will be other opportunities for me. Ok you go."
"Well, I have an audition for this new show." Blaine began. "Ally sent me the script." Blaine got up to grab it from the bedroom and came back, handing it to Kurt and sat back down. "I think this could be really good for me to do."
"So, when you get this. You'll have to leave again?" Kurt asked, looking down at the script.
"No. It's being filmed in New York, but I didn't get it yet. So nothing is set in stone."
"But there's no way you won't get it. You're way to talented." Kurt looked up to Blaine. "I guess..when you get this we'll barely have time with each other. I thought you came back so we can spend time with each other."
"I did. Why are you making this a negative thing Kurt? I thought you would be happy for me."
"I am B. I'm just afraid that we're going to drift away from each other again. Come filming, there will also we interviews. Traveling. Remember when you did Dalton?" Kurt asked. Blaine pushed the script towards him and looked down at it. He looked up with Kurt with a small smile.
"Audition with me."
"What?"
"Audition with me. It could be a great opportunity for both of us." Blaine began. "You can audition for Chris." Blaine flipped through the script and stopped and the page he had to audition with. He gave it to Kurt. "It was just a thought.."
"Are you serious?" Kurt glanced up at Blaine and back down at the script. Blaine nodded and Kurt's smile grew. "Okay!" Kurt finally said.
___________"Kurt." Blaine whispered, looking down at the sleeping boy in his arms. "Kurt." He said again, leaving kisses on his cheek.
"Wha,"Kurt groggily said.
"Merry Christmas."
"Merry-"Kurt began before falling asleep again. Blaine smiled and kissed him on the forehead before getting up to go answer the door.
