   After a long day of doing commissions, Aether and Paimon are finally having their free time at Starsnatch Cliff.

   "It's so peaceful here at Mondstadt..." Aether muttered under his breath.

   Paimon is fast to agree, "Yeah! You almost can't do this at Liyue! There are hilichurls at all corners!" She said as she munch on their food.

   Aether looks up at her, "Don't eat all of our food, okay?" He reminded her.

   "Yes, sir!"

   After a long comfortable silence between the two, footsteps started to sound behind them.

   It wasn't the hurried nor the scattered footsteps from the hilichurls. Instead, it is a sound of a pair of boots gracing the grasses.

   "Hello, Hero of Mondstadt."

   Paimon turned around, "Kaeya!!" She leaped and flew spinning around the man.

   "I appreciate it if you stop calling me that, Captain." Aether said while still sitting at the edge of the cliff.

   Kaeya chuckled, "I would appreciate it as well if you just call me Kaeya like Paimon here." He said.

   Paimon stopped her joyous spins, "What are you doing here, Kaeya? You barely even leave the city! Did something happen?" She asked in concern.

   This caught Aether's attention away from the beauty of the skies and turned to Kaeya and Paimon. "Is there any way we can help? We're free after all." He offered.

   "Hmm..." Kaeya is thinking with his hand on his chin. "Yes, there is one thing that you can help with." He smiled.

   Aether was about to stand up when Kaeya placed a hand on his shoulder. "Just stay there." He said and sat beside the young traveler. "Paimon come here too." He called.

   The pair are confused but complied anyway. Now the three of them are sitting at the edge of the cliff, staring at the horizon.

   "Are you okay?" Aether finally asked.

   Paimon nodded, "Yeah, you're acting weird..." She looked at the older man with concern.

   Kaeya chuckled as he leaned to Aether's shoulder and rests his head there. "It's nothing to worry about, I am just tired." He said.

   It didn't bother Aether and did not take it to heart either but, it still did its magic and made his heart beats faster. Thankfully, nothing too obvious like a blush.

   "Did something happen to Mondstadt lately?" He asked.

   Kaeya shook his head, "Nothing serious but it still tires me out." He admitted.

   "But how did you get here though? Are you taking out some hilichurl's camp?" Paimon asked.

   The Cavalry Captain smiled, "That's Amber's job, not mine, Paimon." He said while pinching Paimon's chubby cheeks.

   "But still how~?" Paimon continued to pry.

   "Well, I was out on a walk and by the time I looked up, I am already here. Then I heard someone praising Mondstadt, turns out it's our Hero!" He grinned.

   Aether lightly hit Kaeya's side, "I said don't call me that." He then sighed, "But that was dangerous, you know, walking without your guard up. Don't do that next time." He warned.
