-(Y/N) P.O.V-
As i woke up i looked at the clock beside my bed and it read 10:00 am, with that i jumped out of bed and raced down the stairs only to see my mother reading her favorite book: David Copperfield (a/n i love this book shut up<3) and my father leaving off to work at the ministry as i calmly go into the kitchen i find (y/s/n) eating breakfast that my mom had made for us. As i go to eat, my mother asks "(y/n/n) (a/n again that means your nickname sorry) when shall we leave for diagon alley?" in which i responded, "I'll get ready then we can go." my mother had just nodded off my response and continued to read.
—time skip to DIANDHDJLILY-
When we enter my mother told me she'll get my robes and books which leaves me to get my wand and a animal to take to Hogwarts. I entered Ollivander's wand shop only to find an older looking man who i assumed was no other than Garrick Ollivander. Once he had noticed me he smiled and said, "ah, (y/l/n)'s kid i was wondering when i'd get you." After trying many wands i had finally got mine it was made out of rowan wood with a phoenix feather core, 9 3/4. After i had chose an owl i named it enzo and met up with my mother at honeydukes.
While in Honeydukes my mom said that i could pick out a few things while we were there so i said okay. As i was looking around i ran into someone and fell backwards, i kept apologizing till i heard their voice, his voice. Thickened with a Scottish accent and he helped me up and i quickly said "i'm so sorry about all of that. I'm (y/n) (y/l/n), who are you?" he mumbled back "it's okay, i'm oliver, oliver wood." i quickly replied with a blush lightly tinting my cheeks "nice to meet you, sorry again i really must go my mother is waiting." which he replied "okay."
—time skip back to homeeee—
When we arrived home my mother was quick to ask "who was that boy you were talking to?" shaking her shoulder side to side, making me blush again re-thinking how i met him i told my mom, "his name is Oliver and we're not even friends yet more so acquaintances.". Later that night after packing my trunk with excitement to be going to hogwarts i went to sleep replaying the scenario of meeting oliver in my head.
