Star Wars -The Jedi And The Bounty Hunter

'Well that was too easy. Maby I'm better than I thought.' I thought to myself.

He was fairly attractive. He looked a year or two older than me. Green eyes and dirty blonde hair, but showing a lack of muscle. Not to mention that I was as tall as he was. Overall he looked like he belonged in front of a control console in a small battleship, certainly not as a Jedi. At least we'd have a fair fight when it came to it.
"What's your name, traveler?"

"Katyui Serlo," I replied with ease. I have been wanting to use that alias for months!

"So where are you headed?" He asked without suspicion.

"Oh I'm trying to find a friend. Last I heard he was wandering around this area. I don't know this area very well, do you think you can help me find him?" I asked.

Ha ha, this is standard kidnapper 101. If they go with you voluntarily, and you have witnesses, you avoid much trouble with the law.

"It's getting late, Katyui, you can stay here tonight and we can head out tomorrow at first light."

I smiled as I hid my frustration at wasted time. "Are you sure? I won't want to be a burden."

Old lady spoke up, "Oh honey, you are more than welcome to stay with us tonight. We've got dinner on the table, come sit with us."

I dipped my head down and smiled a happy smile. I'm the best actress on this planet I swear. "Well I certainly appreciate your hospitality. You have a wonderful home." Everyone loves complemented on their work right.

The round table was small so I was forced to sit next to my mark, Seji. I peroused the table for what we were going to eat. Some kind of meat, some sort of edible plant, and a large mutated nut resembling a cashew the size of my fist.

After we had dished out our food I took a sip of a sweet apple wine that they had made a few years back. The old man gestured to me and Seji, "You know, you two would make a mighty fine couple one day."

That comment caught me off guard and I almost choked on my drink. I put the glass down and thought, 'how wrong he is about that.' I then averted my attention to my plate to escape the uncomfortable silence.

As soon as Seji had recovered, he sputtered,"How could you know that? we all just met recently."

The old man smiled and said, "Oh I inherited a type of sixth sense about this sort of thing. You are alike in more ways than you know."
