After reading six chapters of my book, I head outside to wait for Annie's bus to come.
After a long five minutes I finally see a big yellow bus turn down our street. It starts to slow down as it reaches our house. The doors open and Annie comes running out with a smile from ear to ear.
"Momma!" She shouts as she gives me a big hug.
I stroke her long brown hair and kiss her forehead. Annie holds my hand as we walk to the front door.

Shortly after dinner I hear the door open.
"I'm home!" Peeta shouts while I get up off the couch.
"Daddy!" Annie says as she runs down the stairs.
"Annie!" Peeta gives Annie a big hug.
Peeta gives me a kiss. I let out a little laugh as I look at Peeta's hair. It's still covered in flour. Annie doesn't seem to care.
"How's my baby girl?" Peeta asks while tossing Annie up in the air.
Annie giggles.
"C'mon, Anna Banana," I say while giggling "let's get you ready for bed."
