My Heart Will Go On [ C e l i n e D i o n ]
Imagine 22: part 3
T H I R D P E R S O N P O VRushing out the door, not bothering to tell Alexis about the situation. While Daniel was cheating on the poor, unconscious girl, Y/n got into a crash.
Daniel zoomed down the street, crying for what feels like the billionth time today, not caring about the speed limit. He needed to get to his wife and baby right away.
She can't die. Daniel whispered, trying to convince himself that she couldn't. This was not how it was supposed to be.
She was supposed to be with Daniel, smiling all the time, happy. But in reality, she wasn't. She wasn't happy anymore. In fact, she can't even imagine about being happy.
Daniel ran into the large hospital, the one his wife lied in.
"I need to see my wife!" he shouted at the nurses. He paced around, muttering cuss words.
"Sir, I need you to calm down," a nurse's calm voice tried to sooth him, however didn't work.
"No! My wife is dying! Please!" he cried.
"What's your wife's name?" Daniel wondered how she was so calm while he was crying and miserable.
"Y/n Seavey," he spoke trying to calm down.
"Okay, she's unconscious-"
"I know! Just take me to her! I can't let her die!"
The nurse nodded, understanding. "Okay. She's on floor three— room 122."
Their apartment, and lucky number. With them, somehow, every time they had to stay into a hotel, while on tour, it was always room 122.
Daniel ran like the world was ending, and maybe it was. He ran up the stairs, ignoring all the calls to slow down.
He, finally, reached floor three and room 122. He walked into the room, staring at the girl.
She looked pale and lifeless.
"Oh my God," he cried harder. Daniel kneeled on the floor, taking his wife's hand. It was much colder than usual. It almost looked blue.
"Y/n," he whispered into her ear. He kissed her hand over and over again, hoping his love will be enough to keep her alive. "Please. You can't die."
He sat back on his knees, still cuddling her hand. Tears sprung out, he wondered if he'd run out of them soon. "You can't die. I love you. I love you so damn much. I don't know what I was thinking. It was stupid to leave without telling you. And I realize now that I was dumb and oblivious for seeing how jealous you were. I promise, I won't cheat on you." Then he remembered today's events, and cried harder.
"I mean, I'll never cheat, again. It was stupid and a mistake. I love you. I love you. I love you. I can't live without you, my love. I can't live my life without you, the love of my life. You're the only girl I've ever loved, and will love. You mean so much to me; more than words can express. I will pay attention to you. I will love you more than I have ever loved you. I'll call you beautiful— because you are. I'll- I'll do anything to keep you with me.
Please, you can't go. You can't let death win. Give me another chance and I promise I won't hurt you."
Silence filled the room, the only sound was Y/n's barely beating heart.
He meant every word he said. He would love her, more. He'd do anything for her to stay just a couple of more hours.
He needed her. He couldn't live with the thought of her being gone, forever. Ever since the day they met, he did everything with her.
