Chapter-12

By the time they arrived at the scene, Jiraiya and Hiruzen immediately understood the causes of Minato's strange behaviours. They were both shocked to see Kakashi in the glass container which was filled with unknown liquid.

"Orochimaru, what have you done?" Hiruzen murmured, half to himself.

Jiraiya ran up to Tsunade to check up on her, Jiraiya was shocked when Tsunade suddenly seized his arms and said, "Jiraiya, help him, pls help Kakashi." Unable to think clearly, Jiraiya still replied, "Yes, Tsunade, I will. Do you know what these liquid are?"

"It is poison."

"What?"

"I will explain, Jiraiya. The liquid inside is the lethal poison, even inhaling a slightest bit of poison can prove fatal. I didn't expect Kakashi's regenerative skills to be this good, He even managed to reach the final stage in just five days."

A hoarse voice informed them. "You wouldn't believe how good Kakashi was doing in this experiment. He already made it to a point of immunity to most poisons. The remaining process should be finished in another three or four hours."

There was no telling by the blank stares on their faces if they were shocked or angry at Orochimaru's explanation, they had not expected that their once teammate - snake sannin would go this far, and the two had no idea about that when they arrived on the scene.

The Anbu arrived at the lab 10 minutes after Jiraiya & Hiruzen, the reception lady also came back with other lab technician to do the diagnosis on the lab. They looked everything over, checked the list of all equipments and everything they could find.

Moments later, the head technician came to report their finding, turned out that Orochimaru was telling the truth and he told them he was really concerned about the possibility of the death even if Kakashi managed to finish the remaining process.

Even through in panic, Tsunade was so intent on getting him to the place where he could be safe and well again. She looked up Jiraiya and added firmly, "He'll be alright. I believe I can cure him once he's out."

She started giving orders to one of the anbu to get the medical things from the hospital.

Two hours later, Kakashi woke suddenly in the cylinder, screaming in pain and distress, gasping for breath, he extended his arms out to the front as if he was trying to getting out of the test tube.

"Kakashi!"

Minato tried to touch the glass cylinder as the shock hit him at the scene. "This is too much for him, do something, Orochimaru, he's in pain. There must be something _ you can do. Pls." Minato yell out, but his voice gave out at the end.

"There's no other way, he's been like this since day 1. We are shinobi, Have some respect for his determination. He wanted this for himself."

This process was shockingly long _ about 20 minutes - but no one can do anything to help him, they watched him helplessly until Kakashi finally calmed down. Minato watched in horror till Kakashi's consciousness flutter away.

Everyone were gasped in horror at the sight, Orochimaru was stabbed in the stomach by Minato in an instant.

"This is for guarantee, I avoided the vital spot, anyway this won't be enough to kill you."

Minato's voice was filled with murderous intent. He knew Orochimaru let Minato hit him on purpose, without trying to avoid being hit.

"Yeah, I know, this is nothing compared to what the kid had been going through. I deserved that."
