Hello! How is everyone? It seemed like I'm updating this story once a month! *chuckles in anxiety* I have been struggling with my mental health for the past 3 months and quarantine: the sequel has been very hard on me mentally. Also, I started watching NCIS trying to catch up and I'm on season 10 and there are 18 seasons in total, having said that I stopped writing the 19th chapter for a while and started writing some fanfictions regarding the NCIS fandom.
I have uploaded one NCIS fanfiction on my account on Ao3 (Archive of our own) and my username is Vicky19 if you want go check it out! On other news, I have been trying to fix my sleeping schedule and I'm proud to say I'm logging out of my computer earlier, eat dinner earlier, I finish my chores earlier and I'm being more active inside the house the past two days! I'm so proud of myself!
Anyways, stay safe everyone! And keep in mind that the following chapters might discuss triggering subjects so beware! I will put on warnings in the beginning of each chapter if it contains anything triggering and before the triggering part.
The funny part is that the Christmas chapters I have been writing for over a year and upload them around Christmas apparently.
Enjoy!
Nansia looked at Stefanie and Ryan awaiting explanations.
"You need to focus on working on your magic, find your ancestors then you have to return to 2281 because your people need you in Sanctum." Stephanie blurted it out and Ryan whipped his head to look at Stefanie with raised eyebrows and eyes that were huge in shock. He was shocked she revealed something so huge so easy!
"Why? Why would I go back? How do I go back? How do I focus on learning magic? How do I help you? Guys, I'm only one person and I don't know that much about magic! I've been to this universe for a couple of months I don't have vast knowledge in the supernatural and all of you are pressuring me like this! Can't it wait while I accumulate in this bizarre world you all call home!?" Nansia exclaimed in a panic and Ryan with Stefanie looked at her in pity.
"No one said it would be easy, Nansia or less stressful. You have to step up your game constantly. And I and Stefanie know you can do it because we've seen you do it many times before. I want more than anything to stay here and help you, give all the information you need but as you told me information given on a silver platter is never learned, and you need to learn." Ryan told her in a reassuring manner as he grasps her hands and sat her on the bed while Stefanie dragged a chair and got her burger and sat on the chair nodding with everything Ryan said.
"My grandma used to say that..." Nansia mumbled with a faint smile and Ryan cupped her cheek and made her look at him.
"You can do it!" Ryan told her encouragingly with an emphasis in his words and Nansia gulped down nervously.
"Ry, I think we should give her the cheat book. It might help her." Stefanie voiced her thought and Ryan looked at her amazed.
"Cheat book?" Nansia asked confused and Ryan took out the red velvet cover notebook from his jeans' back pocket and gave it to Nansia.
"It's with everything I gathered on Malivore while I was in the present, I wanted to give this to you, to make your life easier...if I do give this to you promise me that you will find every single book I based my research on and double-check the facts! It's only for emergencies if you are short on time." Ryan told her with a tone that didn't hide how serious this matter was quite the opposite it showed urgency as he put the book in Nansia's palm and gently pressed it.
