Habang nag aalala si Mina sa pag alis ng kanyang ama, nakita ni Mrs. Myoui ang galit na asawa. Nilapitan niya ito at tinanong kung ano ang ginawa niya.
M's dad: There's a man in the living room, wanting to steal Mina from us. I can't do that. I will protect my child.
M's mom: You mean Mr. Son?
Napatigil ang asawa nito sa pagkuha ng vase. Tiningnan niya ito ng may pagkunot sa noo.
M's dad: You know him?
M's mom: Yes. His parents are my only Filipino friends. They're so hospitable and Mr. Son too. They love each other.
M's dad: Still, I can't give him my child.
M's mom: Honey, he will not steal Mina...in fact, he wanted to be part of our family. He's a good person. He loves Mina more than he loves himself. I saw how much he adores our child.
M's dad: But..
M's mom: Don't hurt the man who makes Mina happy..
M's dad: He should be hurt. That's the requirement he needs to marry Mina.
M's mom: You should stop this ridiculous way of punishing someone. Do you want Rei to experience what Mina did?
M's dad: I already walked out! I can't just go without anything!
M's mom: This should be the last time you'll do this.
Nagliwanag ang mukha ng asawa nito. The last time...hmmm..
M's mom: But...wait me here..
Sandaling umalis ang asawa at may hinanap sa kanilang kwarto. Pagdating nito't may dala siyang maliit na bote.
M's dad: What's that?
M's mom: Tranquilizer.
M's dad: So?
M's mom: Put it in the broken glass and as his knees touch the glass with this, he will faint.
M's dad: And why is that?
Pinamaywangan niya ito at itinaas ang kilay. Really?
M's mom: Are you kidding me? That's freaking hurt! Do you want Mina to hate you? Pour this then go.
Mr. Myoui was left dumbfounded. Wala na siyang nagawa kundi basagin ang mga iyon at ibuhos ang ibinigay ng asawa.

That's the reason why he fainted right away. His nerves calmed down. Mina is clueless about what happen and her parents arw now preparing a meal. Binantayan niya lang si Chae habang natutulog pa.
Mina: Bakit hindi ka pa nagigising?
She's been staying in the room with Chae for an hour. Hindi pa niya nakikita muli ang anak niya. Nakalimutan niyang gustong makipaglaro sa kanya ng anak.
Mina: Pupuntahan ko lang si Rei..
Tinitigan niya sandali si Chae bago tuluyang umalis ng kwarto. Imbes na sa kwarto ni Rei siya dumiretso, naintriga siya sa ingay na naririnig niya sa kusina.
Dahan dahan siyang nagpunta doon at nadatnan ang pamilya niyang masayang naghahanda ng hapunan. Naguguluhan siya.
Mina: What's going on?
Sabay sabay na tumingin sa gawi niya ang tatlo. They literally stopped moving. Naguguluhang lumapit sya.
Mina: What is going on here?
M's mom: We're making dinner.
Mina: You're happy even Chae was hurt?
Hindi makapaniwalang tinitigan niya ang tatlo. She's offended on how cheerful they are while Chae is unconscious.
M's dad: Don't worry. He's safe.
Mina: I know he is! He should be okay!
M's mom: Calm down. It's just a tranquilizer.
Nabigla siya sa sinabi ng ina. Tranquilizer?
Mina: A what?
M's dad: Your mother told me to put that thing to make him faint right away.
Mina: You're all crazy. Mom! You still permit dad to do that?
M's mom: That's the last time he'll do it.
Mina: I'm pissed.
M's dad: She gave me that to lessen Chae's pain. If he's unconscious, he can't feel pain.
Finally, Mina's mad face turned into calm one. Nakahinga siya ng maluwag nang marinig niya ang paliwanag ng ama.
Rei: Mommy..grandpa said Uncle Chae will be my father now..
Mina: R-really?
Tumango ang dad niya at agad naman niyang niyakap ito. She teared up on the idea of Rei having father now.
Chae: Thank you...Mr. Myoui.
Napalingon silang lahat sa gawi ni Chae. Agad siyang nilapitan ni Mina at niyakap.
Mina: Chae! Finally!
They hugged happily. Mina's excitement can't conceal. Her heart is in cloud nine. Her family smiled in so much joy.
Nilapitan sila ni Rei at niyakap din. Finally, he will have someone he will call daddy from now on.
They enjoyed the dinner as they eat with a good conversation. Ito na yata ang pinakamasayang hapunan na naranasan nilang dalawa.
