Everything was ready. As everyone was saying goodbye and good luck, I wandered over to Dom and said, "You never really told me what I was supposed to do, and I sure as hell ain't staying with Mia no matter how much I love her."
He only chuckled.
"I'm serious! Last time you guys went to do a job and I was stuck with her, she kept complaining about whether or not you guys would return injured or not at all. It was starting to drive me crazy! Not that I wasn't thinking the same as her though."
"That sounds like her," Brian said, walking over to us.
"Well it ain't me anymore," Mia added, standing behind Brian.
Hobbs and Elena left first, for they were taking all the fire. Dom and I followed along with Brian in the other car behind them. Eventually, everyone was in place. We arrived at the police station, and Luke parked his car close to where the vault was located after he rammed into the wall. Dom, Brian, and myself hooked our two cars to the safe. I grabbed the side of the safe, and Dom and Brian got into their respective cars. They started their engines and stepped on the gas after quickly talking with Hobbs.
