I made it back to Honolulu, and went back home to drop off my stuff. I then get into my truck and drive off to work. I got there and parked. I then got our and made my way inside.

"Hey, look who it is!" Danny said, before seeing the look on my face. "Shouldn't you be resting? You look tired."

Everyone came over to me.

"She stayed back didn't she?" Grover asked.

"No," I said quietly.

"What do you mean no?" Chin asked.

"She's dead. Makena's dead."

"What?" Declan said. "She can't be...no."

"Steve, what happened?" Danny asked.

"She was on the plane trying to get the codes, and it caught on fire and blew up. She didn't make it out."

"Let's do this right then. Everyone buy flowers and we'll release them into the ocean. Then we'll grab something to eat." Kono said, demanding it more than asking it.

Everyone looked to me.

"Ok, you heard her," I said, walking out.

I drove to the store and bought her favorite flower, hibiscuses. I then drove over to the beach near Kamekona's Shrimp Truck. I got out and waited by the beach for everyone else. As I was waiting someone came up to me.

"Steven McGarret, Navy SEAL. So glad I can finally meet you." the man said.

"Who are you? And how do you know me."

"Never mind about me. You can just call me Nobody. Makena talked highly of you whenever we chatted."

"You're her old boss?"
