Flashback...

"It's two lines, Doffy's going to be so happy!" I knew Doflamingo was having a meeting in his office but he wouldn't mind if I interrupted him. Exiting the bathroom, I brought the pregnancy test with me I walked through the door that connected our bedroom to his office. "Doffy! ... Oh, it's just you"

When I walked into his office Doflamingo was no where to be found and the only other person there was Trebol. "Hey, hey, hey! What brings you here (Y/n) and what's that in your hand?" This man had no respect for other people's personal space. "You're too close Trebol! Where's Doffy? I have something important to tell him"

Trebol backed off but he had already seen the pregnancy test in my hands and started to ask about it. "Hey, hey, hey! Are you pregnant (Y/n)!? I bet you are! Doffy's not here but I'll go get him, wait here" I took a seat in Doflamingo's office chair as my hand rested on my belly, I hadn't started showing yet but there was a pleasant feeling knowing that another life was growing within me.

My thoughts were interrupted by the office door opening and Trebol walking in but Doflamingo wasn't with him. "Where's Doffy isn't he coming?" His face held a grin as he spoke quickly but I didn't believe the words that came out of his mouth. "Doffy doesn't want any children and he doesn't want you anymore either. You are ordered to leave the Kingdom within the next 30 minutes or else... while you know how Doffy deals with people who disobey him"

"B-But he loves me!"

"Times ticking (Y/n). When your done packing let me know and I'll escort you to the docks"

30 Minutes Later...

"H-He s-still loves me I know it" I was wiping the tears away as I watched the walls that surrounded Dressrosa grow smaller as the ship got farther away from them. "I'll always love you Doflamingo and nothing you could ever say or do would ever change that"

My left hand gripped the golden locket that hung from my neck as my right held onto my stomach. With Dressrosa not being visible anymore I finally stepped away from the railing as I retired to my cabin. I was growing tired and I knew it would take a few hours before the ship reached my new home.

"Here you go Miss" As my suitcase was placed into my hand, I started walking through the town looking for a place where I could stay. Trebol had given me a large sum of Beri's so paying rent wouldn't be a problem. I continued down the road until I happened upon a bakery at had an 'for rent' sign in the window. Walking in I made my way to the counter where an elder lady greeted me before she noticed I was holding a suitcase. "Ah, are you interested in the apartment for rent Miss?"

"Yes, I just got to this island and need a place to stay" Before I knew it the lady had called over another employee as she walked around the counter and took my hand in hers. "Are you perhaps expecting a baby, my dear?" That made my eyes widen as I quickly responded to the lady. "H-How did you know!? I'm not even showing yet!"

"You're simply glowing my dear but I can tell that something is wrong. Did a man break your heart?" I thought about her question for a minute though my heart didn't feel that different. Sure, Doflamingo had sent me away and it did hurt but I knew in my heart that he just needed time. "He's coming back, I just don't know when that we be"

"Come along my dear. I'm sure you'll make the perfect tenant... Jacob take this young lady's bag upstairs! I am Rosemarie, who might you be my dear?"

"I'm (Y/n). Thank you so much for letting me stay here, it means a lot to me!"

Nine Months Later...

"Rose... I don't think he's coming back to m-AH!" That was the worst one all day but what scared me was Rosemarie calling for the doctor. "W-What's wrong Rose!?"

"Your water broke (Y/n), here lay down on the bed. It wouldn't long now before you'll get to see your babies" Yes, my babies I was expecting twins and I couldn't be happier... well if Doflamingo was here that would make things complete but he wasn't. "Her water just broke doctor!"

"It's alright (Y/n)... I can see the first babies head... on the count of three you're going to push... 1...2...3"

"AHHHHHH"

"Good work (Y/n). What are you going to name them?" I stared down at the two boy's that were asleep in my arms and they looked so much like their Father, two names came out of my mouth before I place a kiss on each of their heads. "This one will be Shingo. And for this little guy he'll be Doflamingo Jr"

"D-Doflamingo as in the King of Dressrosa!? He's the Father!?" I nodded my head at Rosemarie but as I stared at her I noticed she had gone to retrieve something from across the room. "Is something wrong Rose?"

"I didn't know he was the man you were always talking about... but you should read this paper (Y/n) it arrived a few weeks ago" There was something about the tone Rosemarie used that put me on edge as I took the paper from her hands. My eyes scanned the article but I couldn't believe it, my Doffy was getting married? "I need to leave! He still loves me, I know it. Once he sees his sons, he'll see it to!"

"... I can't talk out of this... If you insist on seeing this man (Y/n) I will send my boys to accompany you on your journey but please be careful"

Present...

"I object to this marriage!" One of the guards made their way over to grab me after I objected to Doflamingo's wedding but before he could lay a hand on me, he stopped moving. "(Y/n) why are you here and who's kids are those!?"

"I'm here to get the man I love back and these are your kids... don't you remember the day you sent me away!?" For some reason Doflamingo looked confused when I said that but Trebol on the other hand was slowly backing away from the man... wait a minute. "I did no such thing! You left and stole some of my treasure when you did!"

"I did not! Trebol gave it to me after he told me that you didn't want children and didn't want me anymore!" My screaming had made little DJ start crying so I told my eyes off Doflamingo to comfort him, I was still in a lot of pain but I didn't care right now. "It's okay, Mama here~"

"These babies still look newborn, when did you give birth (Y/n)?" When I looked up, I seen Doflamingo had moved to stand in front of me, his fingers were twitching but I knew it wasn't because of his devil fruit. No, he did this twitch when he wanted something. "Do you want to hold them? And I gave birth a few hours ago"

"Someone get (Y/n) a chair to sit on! You shouldn't be out of bed (Y/n) you need to be resting!" I just shrugged my shoulders as I placed the boys into his arms and just smiled at him. "I needed to stop you from making a mistake. You're not going to marry that girl are you Doffy?"

"No, I thought you left me. I would have never sent you away (Y/n), Trebol will be punished for this traitorous act. The wedding is off! Everyone, go back home. The Queen of Dressrosa has returned!" Doflamingo's hands were full but that didn't stop him from planting a kiss on my lips before he ordered Jora to carry me back to the palace.

I could see Doflamingo walking carefully beside me as our children were grabbing at his feathered coat, it was a cute sight. "I love you Doffy~ We shall never to a part again"

"I love you to (Y/n) and I promise to protect all of you as long as I shall live"
