Monica was in her room pacing up and down. She remembered the conversation she had with Daniel and hoped he is really going to help her,she will give anything to take Michael out of her life

"I just want to tell Lola everything"Monica said snuggling closer to Daniel

"You don't have to do that"Daniel said and Monica sat up immediately

"Why? She's my best friend"Monica asked

"Okay imagine telling her about this and she ask you about what's going on between us that warrant me to decide to help you,what will you say?"Daniel asked and Monica become speechless "you will tell her about it but not now"

She didn't know if she had made the wrong decision by trusting Daniel. She didn't even know when everything got to this point but she had to hope and keep her trust in him for once.

Her phone screen suddenly lit up and she saw the message Daniel sent to her, she smiled and replied

Daniel sat patiently with Jake waiting for officer Dremo to attend to them. He hoped he is making the right decision.

The door suddenly opened revealing officer Dremo,he took his seat giving Daniel his attention

"Surprise seeing you here,what happened?"Dremo asked and Daniel chuckled

"I have a little problem that I will need your help on"Daniel said

"What happened?"Dremo asked. Daniel brought his phone out and do some touching before handing over the phone to Dremo

"This man over there is trying to blackmail a woman, the woman said he has her nude and he wants to use it to blackmail her into giving him three million naira so that he won't leak the pictures"Daniel said and Dremo chuckled

"Your girlfriend?"Dremo asked

"No a friend of mine"Daniel replied and he wondered if he can call Monica his friend. He don't even know where to place her

"I don't believe men still do this,he so immature"Dremo said and Jake snorted angrily

"He's so immature Dremo,how can he do that to a lady?"Jake said shaking his head. If not that Jake is not a lady,he can easily be mistaken for a feminist

"But it not much of a problem,this just a small case and I assure you I can solve it before the day ends"Dremo said and Daniel's eyes went wide

"Are you sure?"he asked

"Hundred percent sure. All I need is his location and boom! The problem is over"Dremo said and Daniel nodded

"His contact?"Jake asked and Daniel showed him the little info Monica sent to him

Jake typed some things in his phone and suddenly smiled widely

"He's presently in kapuwa federal housing"Jake said and chuckled "he's a newbie in this,he left his location on"Jake added and the three bursted into laughter.

Officer Dremo stood up calling three more officers to follow him,Daniel and Jake followed him too. They took the police van and left the police station.

Unluckily for Michael,he was outside talking to a man when the police came down dragging him to the van

"What did I do? I'm innocent!"he kept on shouting till they reached the police station. He was locked in the questioning room
