Daniel heard a knock on the door and went to open it. He met Jake standing,he smiled at him and open the door wider for him to get inside. Daniel had invited him over

"I'm hungry any food?"Jake asked going straight to the kitchen

"Good afternoon to you too"Daniel said frowning. He followed Jake to the kitchen, Jake saw left over spaghetti and microwaved it immediately

"Dude why you dey rush food like this?"Daniel asked and Jake sighed

"Rita wanted to kill me"Jake replied taking his hot plate of spaghetti. Daniel roll his eyes at his comment, Rita is Jake's on and off girlfriend. Daniel didn't just understand why his friend his head over heels for a girl like her, she cheats on him multiple times and as soft as his friend is he always end up forgiving her

"She didn't cook you food?"Daniel asked tsking

"She wanted to but when I received your message I rush over down here, I know I can't come to your apartment without eating"Jake said and Daniel gave him the 'really look'

"Hope you took your bathe before coming?"Daniel asked making a disgusted face. He took his decoder remote changing the channel

"I'm a clean man"Jake replied shining his teeth. Daniel shook his head at that,laying on the sofa trying to find a comfortable position for himself

"If you say so"Daniel said and Jake threw one of the pillows at Daniel making him to laugh

"I know you Dan,you're trying to avoid the reason you called me"Jake said and Daniel sighed. Sometimes he wish no one knew him so much like Jake do but again he is grateful to have him as a friend

"You know the loophole I talked about"Daniel started cracking his throat

"Yes?"Jake replied eating his spaghetti like a prisoner that have just had his first meal after a year

"How?"Jake asked. Dropping his plate of spaghetti slowly loosing his appetite
