"Okay... take it easy..."

-

"Watch your step, okay?..."

-

"Nice and slow.."

-

"Make sure you don't-"

"Korra! I'm fine! You don't need to baby me."

"I'm just trying to make sure you're okay!"

"Well, you're annoying me more than anything right now." Asami muttered as she looked over the avatar's shoulder as their boat began a slow approach to the docks of the southern water tribe.

"Asami. You've only gotten worse over the past few days and you can barely stand on your own. If I have to be annoying, I will."

"Yeah, yeah. Whatever." The tall girl muttered once again.

It was true. Over the past few days, Asami's body had grown weaker and more prone to sensitivity from any kind of touch that came in contact with her skin. When she fell asleep, she would shiver as if she was freezing, but her head would be burning up. It was an odd and uncomfortable mix the two had to deal with.

Korra looked worried, for multiple reasons actually. 1. She was concerned of Asami's well being and 2. She had to worry about telling Katara, her parents and possibly the entire southern water tribe about her sudden arrival. Asami could see that Korra's mind working 100 miles per hour, and it worried her.

"Hey... you okay?" Asami asked softly.

Korra nodded "Yeah... just.. wondering how to tell everyone how I burned my girlfriend while we were having sex because she was too good of a job..."

A weak smirk came to Asami's face as the better part of that night popped back into her mind "So... you liked it?" She asked teasingly.

A small blush rushed across to the avatar's face, as well as a frown "Is now really the time to talk about this?" Korra mumbled before turning away from the tall girl.

"I don't see any better time." Asami teased as she watched the avatar become more flustered.
She's so easy to piss off.

"I don't think what happened is anyone else's business besides our own... if we have to tell Katara... then we will."

Korra sighed with slight defeat "I guess you're right..."

Out of no where, a strong, cold breeze whipped past the boat, barely affecting the avatar. Asami on the other hand, had shivers sent down her spine as she was not used to the harsh cold weather like the avatar was. Korra noticed her shiver and almost instantly, ran inside the ship and came back out with a warm blanket.

"Here..." She said softly as she opened up the blanket and wrapped it around the tall girl shoulders. Asami lowered her head in acceptance to the blanket as she crossed her arms and carefully held it around her.

"Thank you..." Asami replied softly. Korra nodded in response before placing a small kiss on Asami's nose.

"Anything for you.."
