❝ Love is a gamble, Darling ❞ Narae whispered as she leaned in towards the new boy's ear.
Donghyuck smirked, eyes glistening greed for a split second, ❝ Then I'm all in. ❞
Gambling was like their life and they were ready to go all in just for their...

"How about a simple game?" Jaemin questioned, hesitating a bit as he sat down. Haechan shrugged his shoulders, detaching his interlocked fingers, calmly placing down both of his palms on the table.
After he looks down on us he wants to play a 'simple' game?
"I love any game as long as there's a gamble," Haechan responded, a small smile curving up his lips.
Jaemin eyed him warily before laughing, snapping his fingers twice to call his servants. A first-year student approached the table, handing Jaemin a deck of plain cards with a shaky hand.
Jaemin grabbed the cards, presenting them to Haechan, "We're playing... Vote Rock, Paper, Scissors!"
Is this asshat serious?
Haechan hummed, clapping his hands together as he feigned a wide grin towards his opponent. "Sounds exciting!"
Okay- now are you fucking serious?!
"You may be expecting something more thrilling, but let's start with a classroom friendly game! This game has been made for new students- actually."
"Every game has its own thrill to it and having to bet something makes it more exciting, right?" Haechan said, glancing at the deck of cards in Jaemin's grasp. He smiled at the blonde, "So, how do we play?"
"As I said, it'll be simple!" Jaemin exclaimed, "There will be a voting session, wherein the whole class will participate in! They'll be writing their votes whether rock, paper, and scissors on these plain cards, and after they'll insert it in the ballot box so that we cannot see them!"
"Afterward, we get to pull out three cards without looking and those cards will be our hand! Then we draw one to play rock-paper-scissors. Simple, isn't it? Don't worry, it's just like the actual game."
The thing is... unlike the actual game wherein you can play rock, paper, and scissors- this modified game only lets you play the hands you drew from the ballot box. You seldom end up with all three choices as you are more likely to end up with more of the same cards.
You think I don't know that?
We're just saying that basically... you're betting that you can read each other despite the uncertainty.
That's where the fun comes in.
Jaemin jabbed his thumb towards the stack of chips. "One chip equivalents to a hundred dollars, you could say, around ten thousand Korean Won? More or less. Let's say, we'll be having a hundred and twenty of them; also, I'll let the betting be done by you, Lee. To be fair, of course. What do you say?"
