A/N: if you see anything incorrect to the Harry Potter AU, please don't comment on it, in the nicest way it annoys me since I try to write it accurately being not a huge fan of it :/ Anyway, I hope you enjoy the chapter :) Let me know if you have any requests for things you want to see. Sorry it's kinda short!

Clay woke with a start, his own sweat seemed to hold his body down to the ground. Ground. Ground? Why was he on the ground? He placed an arm over his eye to block the sunlight blinding his eyes and looked around. Taking a moment to look at his surroundings, Clay realised he was in the same spot he had been at before. Surrounded by trees and not too far from him was a small lake. On the edge of the lake, a boy was sat on his knees. His dark brown hair moved gently with the wind, and his hand was in the water making rhythmic circles.

"George?" Clay's voice was hoarse but loud enough for his friend to hear. George rapidly turned around, his face lighting up for a second at the sight of his friend and a grim expression replacing it when he remembered what happened. He rushed over to Clay and kneeled down again, this time holding the Slytherin's head on his lap.

"Thank Merlin you woke up, I got so worried," George swallowed a sob and stroked a few damp hairs off Clay's face. He dug into his pocket and brought out a small bottle filled with a glowing yellow substance. George unscrewed the cork and held it up to Clay's lips, letting him gulp the whole thing. As the liquid trickled down his throat, Clay felt his muscles relax and a wave of strength washed over him, letting him leave out a sigh of relief. George took the small bottle and twisted the cork back on, setting it down on the ground with a small clink.

"That wasn't the first time that happened, was it?" George's lips were in a thin line, studying his friend's face. Clay stared back into the deep brown eyes and took a visible gulp.

"What do you mean?"

"I'm not stupid Clay, you knew exactly what to do. Not everyone can overpower a dementor without a Patronus Charm that easily."

"I don't know what you're talking about," Clay forced himself to tear his eyes away from George's.

"You know what I'm talking about!" George raised his voice slightly, but Clay didn't flinch. Instead, he stared off into the distance.

"What relations do you have with those dementors, Clay?" George's voice wavered.

"None. That's none of your business anyway. Why wasn't I brought to the hospital wing?" Clay looked back at George.

"What was I supposed to say? That you were attacked by dementors who looked like they were searching for you, and you stopped them by talking in Parseltounge then passed out? Bullshit Clay, you have something to do with them and I know it." George hissed.

Clay sat up abruptly, pushing his head out of George's lap.

"If all you're going to do is accuse me of things I don't want to talk about, piss off George. I can't deal with you right now, you're annoying me."

George felt his heart throb, but not in the good way it did when he normally talked to his friends. This time it was different; it was as if it had split into 100 pieces and Apparated to different locations, coming back to discover all of the pieces were in the wrong places. George stood up and stumbled as he did so.

"If that's how you want it, Clay."

With the rest of his courage, he walked away from Clay.
