A/N: Suggestive themes. Implied smut. Like one curse word.

You ripped off your backpack as the front door of your apartment slammed close behind you, groaning as a weight was finally lifted off your shoulders.

Literally.

Kicking off your shoes, you made your way into the tiny kitchen, grabbing two pre-made sandwiches from the nearly empty fridge before heading into your room.

You threw the second sandwich at the figure sprawled across your bed without batting an eye.

"Ugh." You moaned dramatically, flopping down beside him. "Why does school have to be a thing?"

Hak didn't even miss a beat, not bothering to look up at you as he responded, "Because a higher education is supposed to be a leg up in the world."

You snorted. "Supposed to be."

He didn't say anything to your rebuttal, wordlessly extending an arm out to you.

With that invitation, you shuffled yourself into his arms, splaying your hands across his broad chest in order to steady yourself. The sharp intake of breath went unnoticed as your scrambled to right yourself, thighs unintentionally rubbing against his hips as you straddled him.

You squeaked in surprise as he suddenly sat up, his arms immediately winding around your waist to secure you as he adjusted himself more comfortably against the headboard.

Your hands found his, and this time you thought you heard a stutter of his breath as they made contact with his. But you paid no attention to it as your looped your arms around his middle, draping yourself over his stomach to take a short nap as he continued to study.

Hak had abandoned his sandwich a long time ago in favor of running his hand soothingly through your hair. He reluctantly freed his other arm from your waist to scoot his laptop closer towards him so that he could be productive while you slept away.

School had always tired you out, but he didn't blame you. After all, it wasn't as if they were particularly teaching you anything interesting at the moment.

He was a little bit older than you, but that didn't mean squat. He loved to prank you as if you were both children, but the one thing he looked forward to everyday was coming over to spend time with you after classes got done.

He had an apartment with Soo-won several blocks away, but he preferred to hang out at your place.

It wasn't because he had an issue with his relaxed best friend, he just preferred your company to his.

You snuggled into his chest, inhaling his warm scent. For some reason, it had this uncanny ability to calm you down, which led to several of his clothes missing only to be found in your closet.

You were pretty sure Hak knew where they all went, but he never said anything about it so you didn't bring it up.

His solid body beneath you reminded you that you weren't alone, and unbeknownst to him, you treasured this time with him.

It had first started when you were children. He had a habit of coming over to your house whenever he wanted, and it tended to be after school was out. The two of you would play outside for hours on end before you were called back inside by your parents, where you promptly fell asleep on the couch, head cushioned by your boy best friend.

As you got older, your relationship evolved into something more.

Little touches here and there were just innocent enough to be brushed off as a mistake, but over time, it was clear that it wasn't just that.
