See Your Sunshine

This is a oneshot for @tc_5sos! I hope you enjoy!

Terin had finally gotten on her shoes when her doorbell rang. She ran to the door and smiled at who was waiting.

"Thomas!" She said. She threw her arms around his neck, and laughed, "Ready for our date?" She asked.

"Actually," He started. He was cut off by the horn in his car honking. Her face fell.

"You aren't bailing again, are you?" She asked, "I mean, you've finished filming the movie, and you just got back from the US leg of the promotional tour...you're supposed to have a few days off in between!" She said. He sighed.

"We don't have a few days off, that plan changed after our flight was delayed for a few days." He said, "And I'm not bailing! I'm postponing." He added. She bit her lip holding back her disappointment, "Dinner? Tonight?" He asked, "I promise I'll be here at 7:30." He said. He kissed her cheek and started to walk back to his car. That's when she saw them. Basically all of the Maze Runner cast was in his car. She was about to stop him when she realized if she stopped him from hanging out with his friends then she'd be that girlfriend. She sighed and walked back inside.

Thomas climbed in the car and smiled half heartedly.

"Did you just break off a date with your girlfriend?" Dylan O'Brian asked from the back seat. Thomas nodded, "That's not nice. After being gone for so long? I wouldn't be surprised if she had romantic ideas when you got there, but now I'm almost positive she probably wants to pop your head off your shoulders." Dylan said as Thomas started his car.

"Yeah, go get her!" Kaya said, "She'd probably love to come!" Thomas paused what he was doing and furrowed his brow.

"Why?" Thomas asked, "She wouldn't have any fun! She'd sit back stage and watch us answer questions on a sound stage." He said.

"She doesn't want to have fun! She want's to be with you!" Kaya inputted. Thomas sighed.

"Alright, if you really think she'll go for it." He pulled back up the driveway and walked up to her door. Thomas knocked and waited for the door.

"I knew it was only a matter of time before you decided to let me come." She said as soon as she opened the door. With her brown hair pulled up into a ponytail Thomas the tips were dyed red. He smiled that she finally got the nerve to do it. They walked over to the car and noticed Kaya had gotten in the back so Terin could sit in the front seat. He opened her door and went around to open his own door. Once he got in he heard them giving introductions to each other. Dylan kissed Terin's hand and smiled.

"I'm Dylan." He said softly. Will elbowed him, and turned towards Terrin. He held his hand out as if she were supposed to kiss it when he introduced himself.

"Will put your hand down." Thomas said pulling out of the driveway.

"So, Terin." Kaya started, "Where'd you meet Thomas?" She asked. Terin went off on this story of how they've basically known each other since birth. Kaya thought it was adorable, but Will was slightly annoyed, and Dylan seemed to be plotting something. Thomas started to not trust them. Not at all. He reached over and grabbed her hand. She smiled, and looked over at him. The car ride wasn't exactly quiet from there on. The actors in the back seat were jabbering on about who knows what, while Thomas was silently holding Terin's hand with her looking at him and struggling with not laughing at him.

They pulled up to the building and saw all the cars.

"I can almost taste the headache coming." Dylan said from the back seat.

"Then let's just blow it off!" Will suggested laughing. Kaya took his obviously unreasonable suggestion into account.

"Yeah, why not?" She asked, "It couldn't hurt! We all deserve a day off anyway!" Thomas blew the air from his his cheeks roughly.
