Six months. Not bad.
No lies like Chanyeol promised, they spend a lot of time. Baek always coming over to hangout or Yeol would help with homework. They'd do a bunch of fun things like cooking together, playing together, Baek sneaking out of school to be with his boyfriend, they'd throw their own dance party's and dance in their underwear at 12 in the morning, take night drives, do things as if they're gonna be young forever.
They were happy, Baek was happy he found someone who is worthy of the title "man", someone respectful, someone honest, someone who makes things right when they're wrong. Chan is happy he found someone who loves him for his flaws, not his looks but personality, someone who try's new things with him and someone who understands him and cares for him.
Usually Baek would get driven to school but chanyeol had to see his grandmother this morning so he took the bus. When he got on he expected to see his brother and his big loud crowd of friends but his brother wasn't on the bus and neither was Jongin, Jongdae and Yixing so it was more quiet than usual. Sitting in the same seat he always sits in he piped his headphones in and listened to his playlist he had set up.
As the bus drive to pick up the other kids he suddenly felt a tap on his shoulder and turned to see Junmyeon. His pretty face smiling at him, hair freshly messed with and of course the loose clothing he wears to school more than he does at home.
"Heyyy! Haven't seen you in here in a while hot shot. Where've you been?"
"Oh my mom would drop me off in the mornings since she wanted to spend more time with me." He lied hoping he'd believed him and to his luck he did.
"Oh. Well we missed you."
"No you missed stealing my headphones and everyone missed teasing and picking on me cause I'm apparently too 'serious'." Baek pouted.
"Ahh relax it's a joke. And I gave you back your last two pairs of headphones you lost them on the bus last time I checked. You just can't be responsible for your own pair and it shows."
"Yeah whatever." He rolled his eyes, shoving him playfully and rough. They talked the rest of the bus ride ti'll they made it to school and parted ways. Baek going through all of his classes and even taking a nap break during lunch instead of eating cause studying all night took his energy. Exhausted but glad the last period of the day arrived and passed quickly he quickly walked out of his class and to the bathroom near the front office.
Chanyeol was waiting for him so Baek tried to hurry but when he go there the bathroom door was locked and he needed to go badly so he entered the front office.
"Could someone unlock the bathroom. It's an emergency." at the moment he's faced with the back of someone's head, body in a blanket.
"Sure."
"Junmyeon?"
"Surprised to see me being a student aid?" He chucked grabbing the bathroom key and standing up and waking over to the bathroom, he unlocks the door. Baek was quick to run inside and do his business. As soon he was done Junmyeon had walked him out and locked the bathroom back up.
