Falkner:So you're saying he's the only one who can stop The Dark One.
Mystik's mom:Yes. The legend states that a boy born with a curse will either kill or tame The Dark One.
Falkner:You're saying that Dark is the one born with a curse.
Mystik's mom:Maybe. We'll just have to wait after his challenge.
Falkner:Alright.
Dark Pov
I came to the Pokémon Center tired beyond anything. When I got to the room me my friends rented and I fell asleep on the floor.
Lyra Pov
I woke up to a loud thump in my room. I got up to see Dark dead asleep on the floor.
Lyra:How long were you training?
He rolled over then hugged Scout.
Lyra:Dummy.
I blush while trying to carry him to my bed. He smiles. I then smile and pet his hair.
Lyra:But you're my dummy.
I decided to head out and catch me a new friend. I then headed south of Violet City into the wild. I looked for an hour and found nothing.
Lyra:Why can't I find anything.
I felt something tugging on my leggings.
Lyra:Huh?
I looked down to see my Merrill pointing ahead of me. I saw three Pokémon getting bullied by three Team Rocket grunts.

Lyra:Hey!
Grunt 1:Oh no. It's the fuz.
They all ran away like cowards.
Lyra:Yeah you better run!
I checked on all three of the little Pokémon and made sure they were ok. The Bulbasaur and Squirtle were ok, but the Charmander was badly beaten.
???:Lyra!
I looked behind me to see Dark and S.o.D.
Dark Pov (An Hour before)
I woke up in one of the rooms in the Pokémon Center. I held my head in pain.
Dark:Why am I on a bed? I remembered falling asleep in the floor.
???:I think Lyra moved you to her bed.
I looked behind me to see S.o.D smiling I started to panic.
Dark:I came into her room?!
S.o.D:I think she knew that you trained all night and moved you to her bed.
Dark:Oh ok.
I sighed in relief.
