I Broke You.

Olivia.

Olivia was asleep in the cribs when she felt someone shake her gently. "Huh? What?" she asked in confusion as she jolted upright. "David Holten IAB" he said showing her his badge. I'm going to need you to come with me" he said walking her out the back way.

"Why are we going this way?" she asked, like an innocent child not knowing what laid in wait.

"The press would be all over this" he said and she just nodded. There was a squad car waiting for them, Tucker was inside. Olivia and David sat in the back.

"We could make these charges go away?" he offered putting a hand on Liv's shoulder.

"I think I'll pass" she said sarcastically but he wasn't taking no for an answer. "No really" she said pulling away from his right hold.

"You're gonna do as I say and you are gonna like it!" he yelled slapping her across the face. She didn't utter a word she just closed her eyes and tried to think of a better time like with her and Elliot. She thought of things they said to each other and cases they worked. Like the time he said he'd give her a kidney or when he said they were partners for better or worse.

Nick went outside for some air, he was fighting with Amanda and he just needed to get away from it all. He walked out the back way and saw Olivia lying face down in nothing but her underwear. "Olivia? Olivia!" he called but got no reply. "Jesus Liv what did they do to you" he said.

"Elliot?" she managed to breathe out as he turned her on her back.

"No i-it's Nick . who did this to you Liv?" he asked but got no reply. "Olivia!" he yelled but still nothing. He took off his coat and put it on her before carrying her bridal style to the squad. "I NEED A DOCTOR RIGHT NOW!!!" Nick screamed and both Huang and Warner rushed over.

"I can't find a pulse!" Melinda called,  George tried CPR but nothing was happening.

"Olivia stay with me" Melinda said holding her hand.

"It's OK... I'm gonna be with Elliot now" she said as her eyes began to close. In the middle of all that drama a phone began to ring, the sound was coming from Olivia's desk. Nick read the caller ID and it said the caller was Elliot. He answered and put it on speaker. "I told you I'd get you. I told you I wouldn't have to hurt you. I've got people who will do it for me" the deep voice laughs, on hearing this Olivia lashes out. "Yeah... That's right Olivia you know you wanna-" Nick hung up the phone before the man could continue.

"Who the hell is this guy?" Cragen asked.

"He's a sick pervert" Amanda said as they watched the two doctors stabilise her.

"It's OK Olivia just breathe" Melinda said calmly.

"You're gonna be OK" George said softly.

2 hours later.

"How's Liv?" Nick asked.

"She's holdin up. She kept freaking out about IAB a guy named... David Holten" Fin said and Amanda typed it in on her computer.

"I got something!" she exclaimed typing away.

"What is it?" Cragen asked.

"He was accused of sexual assault but the charges were mysteriously dropped" Amanda explained.

"Do we know why?"

"Um.. Yeah it says here she died and IAB couldn't find any solid evidence to convict" she said and Cragen was worried.

"Nick stay with Olivia, she's our only lead, maybe she knows why Elliot was killed" he said finding those words hard to say. Elliot was like his son and he was dead and Olivia was like his daughter and she had been raped.

Nick headed to mercy to talk to Olivia. "Do you know who raped you?" he asked softly.

"I'm dropping the charges so don't waste your time. I'm not testifying I'm not doing a rape kit and you're never going to know" she said avoiding eye contact.

"We think the man or men who hurt you might have killed Elliot, we need you to do this" Nick pleaded.

"What? They didn't murder Elliot!" she said.

"Who did?"

"He did"

"Who's he?"

"It was all my fault, he told me he'd get me, he said he'd make me sorry but I didn't listen and now Elliot's dead" she said looking down.

"Who is he Olivia?"

"Leave"

"What?"

"Go I wanna be alone"

"OK well if you need anything you know where to find me" Nick replied and Olivia nodded.
