Everyone in the squad was depressed, especially Olivia but now she had "recovered" she had to get back to work. The team had caught a case and were writing up.their DD5s when Tucker walked in. "Olivia Benson you are under arrest, for the murder of Elliot Stabler. You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney, if you can not afford one, one will be appointed to you" he said as he walked her out of the squad, all the while Cragen and the others ranted on about how he could've called.

"Do you understand your rights?"

"Yes. But please I've been in prison twice undercover, just... talk to me"

"Are you waiving your rights?" Ticket asked.

"She knows better than that" Fin said.

"Don't say anything to anyone but your lawyer Olivia" Munch practically ordered.

"I'm calling the DA's office" Nick said.

"What's your probable cause?" Amanda asked.

"We found her prints, and blood on the gun and the knife" he said and they all just stood there, speechless.

"W-what n-no. I would never. He's my partner...my best friend. He was like a brother to me!" Olivia yelled standing up for herself.

"We also know you two had sex before he was killed" he said and silence fell over the squad. It didn't look good.

"I waive my rights. Captain? Is there an interview room open?"

"No."

"I want to do this" she said and Tucker nodded, taking her to interrogation.

"Tell me about Friday night?" Tucker asked.

"Me and El finished early.. We got a bite to eat and he dropped me home"

"Is that where you two had sex?"

"No! We didn't even have sex! And if we did why would it matter to.you where we did it. And don't give me this evidence bull, you just want me to say that we did but we DIDN'T!" Olivia said getting frustrated.

"You can deny all you want but we have your DNA"

"But DNA can be fabricated!" Olivia yelled.

"Is that what you say to rapists?" he asked.

"I'm not a rapist" Olivia snapped.

"Did you have sex with him?" he asked and Olivia began to cry.

"I'm gonna throw up" she said running out of the interrogation room.

"I'll take that as a yes" Tucker said aloud to himself.

2 hours later.

Olivia ran into the squad room crying, she ran into Cragen's arms and sobbed. "Olivia? What is it?" he asked concerned.

"I'm pregnant" she said through her tears.

"That's great! Who's the father?"

"Elliot" she managed. Cragen knew this was bad. IAB would be all over this. "I don't even remember sleeping with him" she sobbed and now the whole squad was staring.

"OK go home and I'll talk to Tucker" Cragen said and Olivia nodded. What was she going to do? Tucker had already decided she was guilty, did he ever think she could be hurting?
