The Boy.

   Izuku is with Recovery Girl getting an ultrasound done.
   "From the looks of this your babies are doing just fine, Bakuroki-san." Recovery Girl says sweetly.
   "Babies? I'm having twins again? I knew I was getting too big for just one baby. I knew it!" Izuku smiles brightly as he rubs his swollen belly.
   "Oh no, not twins, triples." Ah corrects him.
   "T-Triplets? As in 3? I'm having 3 babies?"
   "Yep. Would you like to know the genders?"
   "No, that's okay we always wait until their born!" He takes a breath and smiles so brightly "Oh my AllMight! My first set of triplets! I can't wait to tell my fam-" he stops himself and looks down "..." his happiness disappears.
   "What's wrong my boy?" She puts a hand on his lap.
   "Sorry, I got too excited and forgot where I was... I'm 6 months along now and that means my youngest will be a year old in 3 months...." he tears up ".... I've never missed any of my children's birthday's before...." the tears start falling "but it looks like I'm gonna miss this one..." he starts wiping his eyes.
   "Oh sweetie, I'm sure they're close to finding the guy."
   "I doubt... Todoroki and Bakugo get upset whenever I ask about it.... Then again, Bakugo gets upset about anything..." he mumbles that last part.
   "I see, this has to be a tough situation for you." Izuku nods.
   "I guess I should be greatful though.... My babies are still in good health." He smile, but Recovery Girl can see right though it.
   "It's okay to be upset Bakuroki-san, you don't have to force yourself so hard to stay positive." She pats his head. Someone knocks on the door. "Come in."
   "Is Bakuroki ready to leave?" Todoroki asks as he walks in. He stops and looks at the pregnant male. "Have you been crying?"
   "Oh, yeah... There happy tears! Don't worry!"
   "Happy tears?" He looks at Recovery Girl confused, the back to Izuku.
   "Yeah! My babies are perfectly healthy!" He smiles.
   "So you're having twins like you thought?"
   "Nope, I'm having my first set of triplets!" He chuckles.
   "......... Congratulations?" He's not sure if this was a good thing. "Anyway, Bakugo and I have something to tell you."
   "Okay, just let me grab my stuff and I'll be right out." Todoroki nods and walks out.
   "Now Bakuroki, please take it easy and don't force yourself. Okay?"
   "I promise I won't do anything stupid. From what I was told the other me caused you quite a bit of trouble back in the day, so on he behalf, I'd like to apologize for his recklessness." He smiles as he grabs his bag and walks off. Izuku puts his hat back on along with his sunglasses. "I'm ready. He smiles.
   "So... triplets?" Bakugo asked.
   "Yeah..." he looks down
   "Someone knock you up good this time." He smirks making Izuku blushe as he looks up.
   "Yeah, my husbands." He wanted to yell, but held back. Bakugo chuckles some more.
   "Let's get going, someone wants to meet you." Todoroki cuts in.
   "Someone wants to meet me?" Izuku was very confused by this. "I don't understand, who would want to meet me?"
   "Let go and you'll find out." Bakugo grabs Izuku's wrist and drags him out of the building.
   "Is that the one you guys were telling me about?" A buff man asked, Izuku  looks up and his eyes start to sparkle.
   "Oh my! You're AllMight, I'm such a huge fan of yours." Izuku says calmly as he smiles brightly. The 3 hero's look at each other confused by how calm he is.
   "Yep, definitely not our Young Midoriya." AllMight says, Izuku looks at him confused now.
   "Wait, you know the other me?" He looks at the two younger hero's "You two didn't tell him did you?" He glares.
   "We had to, Midoriya studied under AllMight, he was getting worried..."  Shoto looks away.
   "Unbelievable! You two make me dress up as a girl and you're out here blabbing about me me! What was even the point of me wearing a disguise if you two were just gonna tell everybody?!"
   "Can it will ya, the old man's got something to say."
   "Oh no," Izuku points to AllMight, making the muscular hero flinch, "he can wait." He glares harder at the two young hero's "You two, however, will be severely punished." He pulls both of them by the ear, pulling the down so they're at his level.  "I don't know what I'm gonna do with you two yet, but rest assure, it won't be pretty." He lets go of them, leaving them speechless. He turns back to AllMight and smiles once more.  "So how can I help you AllMight?"
   "Uh.... Right.... So, um...." he's at a loss for words. "Young M-"
   "Bakuroki." Izuku corrects the almighty beefy man.
   "I knew that," he gives a nervous laugh "Young Bakuroki, we think we might have found the guy, we just need you to identify him."
   "AllMight, sir, with all do respect, I don't think I can do that. I bearly saw what they looked like." He sounds worried.
   "Maybe identity was the wrong word." He stops to think.  "We honestly just need you to come with us so he can see you."
   "What?" The pregnant man, dressed as a woman, tilts his head confused.
   "Oh for crying out loud, we need the guy to feel guilty for "accidentally" taking you away from your family!" Bakugo has lost his patients.
   "What?! Why do you have to say it like that, it was an accident and you want me to guilt him?" He looks at Shoto, hoping he has a better idea.
   "Sorry Bakuroki, this is the only way. He won't talk to us and he's not willing to compromise either. The only option is to guilt the kid."
   "Kid? He's a kid?"
   "Well, he's actually a teenager.... He just never got the hang of his quirk. That the only information we have on him, he won't even tell us his name."
   "You guys are idiots, do you even know how to talk to a child? Please tell me he's not sitting alone in a room with only a table and chair."   The 3 hero's don't say anything.  "Unbelievably! Let's go, take me to him right now! He probably scared out of his mind and you call yourself's hero." He scolds the 3 men all the way until they arrived at the area.
   They walk into a building, it looks abandoned. Izuku clings onto Todoroki's sleeve, he didn't like this place.
   "Alright, he in here." AllMight unlocks the door.
   "I'll go in by myself." Izuku let's go of Todoroki.
   "Okay, we'll be watching though." Todoroki stated. Izuku nods and goes into the room.
   "Hi." Izuku keeps his distance. The teenager glances up at him, he has brown hair and yellow eyes. "Are you okay? Did they treat you fairly?"  He says as he rubs his belly, staying where he is, knowing if he gets too close the kid might get scared.  "This place is creepy... I can't believe they put you in here."  He starts to rub his belly again.
   ".... I-Is your stomach okay?"
   "Hmm? Oh yes, it's fine, why do you ask?" Izuku is playing innocent, but he knows what he's doing.
   "Y-You keep... touching it...." he says, kinda sounding uncomfortable.
   "Sorry, I didn't realize I was doing it so much." He sighs "It's just uncomfortable for me to stand for long periods of time and my belly adds a lot of weight to it." He gives a small chuckle.
   "I... Why?" He looks confused.
   "Um... I'm kinda pregnant." He sighs. The teenager's open wide with shock.
   "D-Do you w-want to sit?"
   "I would, but...." he looks away.
   "W-What?"
   "I don't really like to get too close to strangers... Even if you are a kid, you never know." He lays back on the wall behind him and slidess down until he's on the floor.
   "Yeah.... I get it..." he looks down.
   "It's nothing against you, I just get nervous around new people in general." They both stay silent for ten minutes before the boy speaks up.
   "Um... W-Why did they p-put you in here?"
   "Hmm? Well..." Izuku rubs his belly. "I choose to come in here to meet you. They said you might be able to help. You see... I guess you could say I'm not from here, I guess I look suspicious." He shrugges his shoulders.
   "Th-They th-think I can h-help you?! T-They locked up a p-pregnant lady for th-that? I-I'm no help t-to anyone!"
   "First off, I'm a man." The boy looks at Izuku "You know, the hero's have faith in you." This makes the boy flinch. "They told me your quirk could help send me home to my family." He smiles thinking about them. "I miss, a lot...." he sounds sad.
   "Oh no.... Y-You're the guy I bumped into, a-aren't you?"
   "No, not me, but the other me.... Hang on that sounded confusing. I'm not from here, I was asleep in my bed when you bumped.... into... the me of this world, the hero... what was his name.... Deku, I think."
   "I made Deku disappear?!" He sounds scared.
   "Hey, it's okay, calm down. You didn't mean for any of this to happen."  Izuku struggles to stand up, using the wall to help him as he waddles over to the teen.
   "Don't come near me!" He freaks out. Izuku stop for a moment and sighs.
   "Don't yell at me boy." Izuku warns "I may look young, but I'm in my 30's, I have two loveable, yet annoying, husband's, 11 kids, and I have 3 more on the way, and I don't tolerate rudeness." The teen gulps.
   "S-Sorry S-Sir..."
   "That's a better attitude." He walks a little closer. "May I sit by you?" The boy nods his head. Izuku sits down and sighs in relief. "Hey, what's your name?"
   "...." he looks away.
   "Okay, how about I tell you mine first?" He doesn't get a response. "I'm Bakuroki Izuku." He gives a gently smile.
   ".... I don't have one..."
   "What do you mean? Everyone has a name."
   "No me..."
   "Who took care of you?" Izuku sounds worried.
   "... No one..." he looks away. Izuku gets up and quickly hugs the boy.
   "Everyone needs a name, so I'll give you one." The boy's eyes start to tear up. With shakey hands he reaches out to hug the pregnant man back, but doesn't do it. Izuku gently pats the boys head. 
   "Why w-would you?" Izuku let's go of the boy and looks at him in a loving way.
   "Maybe it's the parent side of me or just someone who wants to be kind, either way, you need a name. I can't imagine why your parents wouldn't give you one."
   ".... I-I..."

     After about an of talking to the boy, Izuku convinces the boy to open up to him, he had a hard life. The people who were taking car of him were so pleased when he finally got his quirk at 5, but  when he couldn't manage to control it, they started to abuse him. It was until he was 7 that they abandoned him, he then had to struggle to find food and shelter. By the time he was 10 he started having quirk accidents, if he wasn't paying attention or he bumped into someone it activated his quirk. This got him in a lot of trouble so he tended to stay in the shadows and away from people all together. The boy is looking down at the floor the whole time, to ashamed of himself for being like this.
    "..... Saikyo." Izuku smiles and gently touches the boy's face.
   "What?"
   "That's what I'm going to call you, Saikyo, because I think you're the strongest person I've ever meet."

   "Young Bakuroki has a way with children." AllMight, now in his unfit form, smiles.
   "We couldn't even get him to look at us." Todoroki sighs.
   "He has a shit ton of kids! Of course he knows how to talk to one!" Bakugo crosses his arms.
