Pain

   Izuku is locked in a metal room.
  "W-What's going on? Where am I? Hello?!" He gets no response. Suddenly it feels like something hit him and hold his stomach, tears streaming down his face. "It hurts! Something's not right!" He falls to his knees, the pain getting worse. "Katsuki! Shoto! I need help! Please!"
   "Bakuroki?" He looks up, but no one's around. Izuku feels something wet between his legs, he reaches down to touch it, but when he pulls his hand up to see he turns pale as a ghost. Blood drips from his hand.
   "Somebody please help me!!!" He screams at the top of his lugs, but still no one comes to help him. His vision getting blurry. "Please..." his voice getting weaker. "..... Some.... One..." he closes his eyes.
   "Bakuroki!" He hears his name once again, but he can't open his eyes.
   "Wake up damn it!" He hears a loud explosion.

   Izuku's eyes shot, but he can't move, his body's paralyzed and he's covered in sweat. As he catches his breath he sees Bakugo and Todoroki standing over him, worry written on both of their faces. Izuku then starts to sob.
   "What's wrong Bakuroki?" Todoroki sits beside him on the bed and places his hand on the crying male, gently wiping them away. Izuku was quick to launch onto the red and white mans hand.
   "Hey, what happened? You were screaming for us right?" Bakugo looks down and sees Izuku reaching out for his hand. "What? You want to hold my hand or something?" Bakugo makes a face, unsure of what to do.
   "P-Please..." Izuku bearly manages to get out. Bakugo sighs and grabs his hand.
   "Better?"
   "Y-You're real.... B-Both of you.." he smiles then starts to calm down. "C-Can you help me up?" They nod and help the pregnant male up.
   "Is Izu-chan okay now?" Saikyo is hiding behind the doorway, peeking in the room.
   "Saikyo." He smiles at him "I'm sorry for scaring you all.... it was just.... a nightmare..." he looks down feeling ashamed.
   "That's had to have been one hell of an nightmare." Bakugo looks at still shaking pregnant male.
   "Y-Yeah...." he wraps his arms around his now big belly. "Some.... Sometimes I end up with very bad anxiety afterwards.... Just know it's nothing you did..." Saikyo walks in the room and stands at the end of the bed. "What's wrong?"
    ".... Are you sure you're okay?" He sounds as if he were about to cry. Izuku gives a soft smile and holds out his hand.
   "Come sit with me?" Saikyo crawls in the bed, Izuku making him sit in between his legs. "I promise all 3 of you, it's normal for me to start having nightmares. My husbands and children are use to this so I kinda forgot to mention it." He sighs. "Now I'm hungry..."
   "Pff!" Saikyo light laughs at this as do the other two. Izuku smiles as he plays with Saikyo's hair.
   "Hey I can't help that I'm eating for four people now."
   "Don't worry Izu-chan I'll make you something to eat. What do you want?" Saikyo looks up at the pregnant male.
   "I kinda want a mix between curry and red beans and rice."
   "Red beans and rice?" Saikyo looks confused.
   "It's an American dish. It's really popular in the south. Kat won a trip to this state in American called Louisiana and took the whole family. Of course that was when I had just had my first set of twins, they were only a couple months old. It's very lively there. They have really good food too!" Izuku smile as he remembers all the fun they had. "Music on almost every corner, fried pastries, oh and they have parades!"  Izuku starts to blamb on and on, until he feels a sudden pain in his stomach. "Ow!" He hold his big belly.
   "Izu-chan?!" Saikyo gets worried.
   "Bakuroki, what happen?" Todoroki walks over to the pregnant male.
   "S-Sorry.... They all started to kick me at once..." He winces in pain.
   "So the brats are fighting in there." Bakugo gives an evil grin, earning a glare from the man in pain.
   "Shut it Bakugo." The green haired male demand.
   "What did you say?!" Bakugo was about to "explode" when the pregnant male starts holding his stomach more.
   "S-Somethings not right! This hurts too much! Ahhh!"
   "Izu-chan...." Saikyo backs away after noticing the bed felt wet  "Izu-chan you're bleeding!"
   "Go get Recovery Girl!" Todoroki yells and Bakugo quickly runs off without arguing.
   "It hurts!" Izuku tears up, his vision was getting blurry.

   Izuku slowly opens his eyes, he can't speak, but he listens to his surroundings.
   "We need to send him home! This boy won't last long at this rate." Recovery Girl yells at the pro hero's.
   "What's wrong with him? " Todoroki asked.
   "He's.... I think he might be.... Dying..." She looks down at the grown.
   "What the hell are you talking about?! He was fine until this morning!" Bakugo yells
   "Wait... Wasn't Midoriya sick over in his world?" Todoroki sounds worried.
   "Guys...."  Izuku barely manages to say  "My babies...." He tears up as the group walk over to him.
   "Bakuroki, please calm down. The babies are fine,  I was able to stop the bleeding." Recovery Girl gentle rubs the green haired males head.
   "Izu-chan, I'm sorry." The young boy holds onto his hand. Izuku just smiles at him.  "I'm gonna try really hard to send you home okay! I promise!" He tears up a bit
    "Okay." Izuku says weakly as he tries to smile. "..... Sleepy now." He falls asleep.
    "Okay everyone, he needs to rest, I'll let you know when you can take him home." Recovery Girl shoos them all out. "I hope we can get you home soon." She sighs.

   "You sure about this kid?" Bakugo asked the scared looking Saikyo.
    "Y-Yeah.... Izu-chan needs to home as soon as possible..... Besides.... " He looks at the ground  "He doesn't need to know about this."
   Bakugo sighs as he opens the door.
    "Well, well, well, looks like I finally have some visitors." A man made up of shadows and smoke, with glowing yellow eyes said.
