"Your highness, lord jimin has come to see you." Informed munje sin, the prince's chief bodyguard.

Hearing that, Jennie's smile faltered. 'This jimin is a real headache. It's been a long time since I've had the opportunity to spend time with the prince. But that bastard had to ruin it." Jennie thought.

"I have to leave now. I'll see you later." The prince said goodbye to the princess before she said anything.

"Aish... this jimin is a big deal. I can't do anything to him because that punk is the son of the emperor's best friend." Jennie angrily smashed the cup in her hand. Her eyes darkened with anger.

"Jimin.. how are you?"

"I'm fine, prince. I'm sorry I had to interrupt your love chat." Jimin said, rolling his eyes.

"You know I have no special desire to talk with her." The prince said nonchalantly.

"Then why are you still with her? You can love someone else. Any princess in this empire will no doubt be fascinated by you."

"Jimin.. I don't feel that way about any girl or Jennie. You know that very well. And you know why I can't abandon Jennie." The prince said, glancing at the necklace that decorated with a blue gem pendent on his neck.

"Yeah, you're right. How can we forget that fateful day." Jimin said, recalling what happened two years ago.

Flash back

Two years ago,

Jimin and taehyung were practicing swordsmanship in the dark garden that was not far from the palace.

"Today is your birthday party. Many princesses will be in attendance. Once you've chosen a princess, tell me. It's time for me to date someone too." Jimin said, flashing his charming smile.

"You're such a womanizer. Flirting with women is like your daily routine." Prince shook his head  in disapproving.

"So.. what's wrong with that? This is the age where we should be having fun. You should have a princess now too." Jimin laughed. But his smile quickly faded when he saw the prince crouching on the ground.

"Your highness!!! Oh god Taehyung! What happened?" Jimin immediately rushed to the prince.

"Bring the royal physician.. I feel like my whole body is on fire." The prince answered with difficulty.

"But, I can't leave you here all alone. There is no one around. We came alone. I will take you somehow." Jimin said and tried to lift the prince, but his small body couldn't carry the heavy prince.

"Ji..min ... you can't carry me ... the pain is getting worse... please come with the royal physician soon. I'll be right here." Jimin stared at the prince for a moment as the princes cried out in pain, reluctant to left the prince alone. But since there was no other choice, jimin finally started running towards the palace.

Taehyung felt like his entire body burning and his body parts trying to ripped out. He cried writhing on the ground. But suddenly he stood up.. With that force, the leaves and dust around him were pushed two or three meters away. His eyes glowed red and a rumble of thunder shook the earth, catching the breath of everyone in and around the palace. No one had any idea what was going on and they cowered in fear. In a moment, Taehyung's body shifted into a black and golden dragon. As if due to the long-trapped rage, he burned around, blowing yellow and red flames. After a moment all the roaring, the flames stopped.

"Who are you?" Kim Taehyung asked himself.

"I am your other form that you didn't know." the dragon replied.

"But I'm a human being. How can this be?" The prince asked because he couldn't believe all of this.

"You go ask your father about your mother. It's a pleasure to meet you. Now let me enjoy my freedom." Again Kim Taehyung felt himself losing consciousness and before he lost control of his body he saw a familiar young woman running towards him.

"Jennie? NO! I want my control back!!!" The prince tried to scream but lost his consciousness completely while fighting for his freedom.

When he awoke after a long sleep, he was sitting on a rock in a monastery surrounded by a forest.

"Ugh, my head." Groaning, the prince grabbed his head.

"Son., you are awake." He heard the Emperor's voice.

"Open your eyes and drink this, your highness." Then the prince turned his eyes again to be met with the very calm voice he had heard.

The princes looked at the calming figure and recognized that it was a buddhist monk.

Jimin on the side helped the prince stand up. He swallowed the medicine given by the monk. Then he felt the pain subside a bit.

"What happened to me?" The prince tried to remember what had happened.

"Father, how did I become a dragon?" The prince asked as he remembered himself shifting into a huge dragon.

"I don't know, son. After jimin told me about you, we immediately went to see you with the royal physicians. We heard a thunderclap and saw a flame on the way. But when we reached to you you were lying on the ground unconsciously. Even though, two days have passed you didn't wakeup. No, the royal physicians couldn't do anything. That is why I took you to see the lord of the sacred mountain. You woke up after his treatment. " The powerful emperor's eyes filled with fear and trepidation.

"Jennie??" The prince asked when he suddenly remembered her.

"She.. she.." Jimin stammered as the Emperor looked at his son with helpless eyes.

"She's fine... When we arrived, she was lying unconscious next to you. Some parts of her body were covered in blood. The royal physician said..." Jimin paused for a moment and looked at the emperor.

"What? Jimin .. What did he say?" The prince asked impatiently.

"As for her condition, they said you have abused her. They said her private parts were injured." Jimin said slowly.

"It can't happen. My son isn't like that." The emperor shouted, his voice trembling.

"But I acted like a monster at that moment, father.." The prince mumbled.

"You 're not a monster, Prince." The buddhist monk, who had been silent for a long time said.

When the prince looked at the monk, he continued.

"Now is the time for you to know this, isn't it, your majesty?" The emperor nodded and agreed.

"You didn't know anything about your mother, did you?"

"No..."

"Your mother is the only daughter of a powerful dragon tribe. She is a rare white dragon. So the greedy dragon princes and dark spirits were chasing after her to own her. But your mother escaped from them and ran away from her own kingdom. That's when she met the emperor.."

"Yes, but I didn't know she was a dragon." The emperor said in surprise.

"I know many things you don't know. Can you tell your son what happened after that? "
