Lunar POV:
I woke up to the hot sun shining in my bedroom from my window. It was a beautiful day outside. For some weird reason, I felt refreshed. I'm not normally a morning person but today I feel like getting up early and going for a walk.
"Woooooof!" Eclipse barked. She lay down on my bed, rolling on her backside, exposed her stomach.
I, of course just had to pet her belly. She stuck out her tongue and started to kiss my hand.
She really is a good dog. I think I'll give her some breakfast then take her out for a walk. After all that I will return here to her owner. They can wait just a little long.
I quickly got dressed. Pulling over a purple sweater with stars that loop the bottom over my head. And a pair of ripped jeans to match. I then picked up the small dog. And walked down the stairs.
"WoOooF" She barked again.
I gave the small dog some cooked ham. She seems to love that stuff and couldn't get enough.
"Here, while you eat I'll brush my hair and teeth."
I brushed my hair out and then put it into a ponytail. Once I was done with my hair, I took two minutes to brush my teeth.
"I'll just skip breakfast for now," I say out loud to myself. Oh, shoot! I don't have a leash. I ran upstairs to see if I could find something that would work as a leash. Oh! Out of the corner of my eye, I see a rope. "This will do nicely," I say as I wrap one of the ends around the small metal loop on Eclipse's caller.
She gave me a few barks of excitement! Surprisingly I was having so much fun with Eclipse that I didn't check my phone. I turn on my phone to see the time "5:49 am" And my background of one of my two favourite fairy tale characters, Natsu and Lucy. God, I wonder if anyone else uses anime characters as their backgrounds? Is that weird to just have an anime boy as my background? Guess it doesn't matter, not like anyone is touching my phone other than me.
I opened to door, Eclipse, and I walked out. I close the door behind me, making sure not to make a noise. Rainbow won't be up for a while, she won't even notice I went out. Eclipse was playfully jumping about on our walk. It was great to just enjoy someone's company. I was starting to get mentally drained from all the stress around me.
Rainbow POV:
I woke up to the sound of my phone buzzing. Who is calling at this hour? It like 6 o'clock. It has been a week since the coffee incident. And well... It definitely didn't go as plan. She wasn't supposed to fall in love with Senpai!!! I let out a small groan. I can't believe this happen. This isn't what I wanted. My phone was still buzzing, which I forgot about, oops.
"Hello?" I answered the call. My morning voice was rough.
"Hey, Rainbow it Draco, can I um-" Draco said. It was like he didn't know want he was saying. "C-can come over? I n-need to talk to someone" He choked out the last bit. I was confused by what he was saying, what did he want to talk about?
"Sure, it kind of early to come over now." A long yawn escaped my mouth. "So how about we meet at
9?" I asked, I need more sleep.
"Oh shoot!" He yelled, which only woke me up even more. "Sorry for waking you up. I'll see you later. Bye," He hanged up without giving me a chance to stay goodbye.
{Time Skip: 3 Hours Later}
Draco POV:
Oh, God. What am I thinking!? Should I really tell Rainbow my secret? I just feel like it slowly killing me to not tell anyone. It hurts. Why does it hurt so much? I walked slowly to the dorm door. This wasn't a good idea.
The number on the front was 123. I wonder how many dorms there were?
I checked my phone, it 9:17am. I'll just check Instagram to pass some time. I saw a few posts of a missing dog. The dog looked familiar to me. I decided I needed to be focused and put my phone away. Hopefully Rainbow is awake. I knocked on the door a few times.
"Coming!" Rainbow yelled from the other side of the door. I waited a few seconds. The door flew opened.
"Hey!" Rainbow welcomed me.
"Hi, is Lunar here?" I ask. Looking around the dorm as Rainbow closes the door behind us. It was fairly clean, well other than the fact that there were books on the living room floor. I read each title of every book as I made my way to the couch. Why did she have all these books?
"How to undo magic" what?
"Lovers curse" What is with these titles?
"Forgot Magic spells" Huh. It not like Lunar to leave all her stuff like this.
"What with all these books?" I wondered out loud. Rainbow looked shocked as I pointed to the books. She quickly picked up each one and ran upstairs.
That weird, but none of my business, and it not the reason I came over.
"Sorry about that" She came back down. She looked nervous, to say the least. She sat beside me, looking down.
"It okay. Um I-I r-really n-need to talk to someone about this"
"You can always talk to me about anything"
"Ok, you see I-I like-e" before I could continue talking I was interrupted by a dog barking. I turned to face the door as Lunar walked in with a small back dog. Wait I think I know that dog.
"Eclipse?" I asked.
"Hey, Draco what are you doing here?" Lunar answer my question with a question.
"I-I um- you k-know, I um came to talk to Rainbow a-about something" I answered.
"Oh, okay. I'll be in my room" Lunar said as she walked by the stairs with Eclipse.
"Wait," I grab her hand before she got to the staircase. "You still didn't answer my question, why do you have Eclipse?" I asked again.
"Oh, one you didn't ask a question and two, I found her by the pond and decided I could keep her," she said.
"Lunar you can't just kidnap or catnap? Don't matter you can't steal other people's pets!" I yelled. I picked Eclipse up, she barked with happiness.
"Wait, Draco please, let me keep her" Lunar begged. Lunar looked down at the floor. I felt bad. She seems so happy to finally have a pet.
"I'm sorry Lunar, but Eclipse is a guide dog. Her owner is blind." I said. Lunar looked up. She looked shocked at what I had just said.
"Do you know her owner's phone number, Draco? That way Lunar can call them" Rainbow asked. She has been so quiet I forgot she was there, oops. But she was right, if I give Lunar his number or address then she can return Eclipse!
"I actually know where he lives, his dorm number is 52 and is close by mine!" I jump up.
"Okay, I'll take Eclipse to him? Him right?"
"Ya, his name is Solar, he in a few of my classes"
"Okay, I'll go give her back right now," Lunar took Eclipse from my hands. Both sharing a small smile. She then walked out the holding the pup.
"Anyway, what did you need to talk about?" Rainbow asked me.
Lunar POV:
"I'm sorry but I just don't think I can give you back," I looked down at the pup in my arms. She was happy with me.
"I'm sure Solar won't mind if I keep you for a little longer" I looked back at the dorm door and decided it would be best to go on another walk with Eclipse.
