"Is she even alive?"

"I think she dead..."

"How can a dead person move all these crates and sleep in potato sacks?"

"Don't know man, weird stuff happen!"

"She's too pretty to be dead"

"SHHHH!! Look! She's waking up..."

Sophie frowned a bit at the muffled voices, half expecting them to belong to Mr.Forkle. She opened her eyes slowly as a bright yellow light shown on her, and saw three small faces stare back at her. They all had red hair and looked like triplets. One was a girl though.

Sophie shrieked and stumbled up, "I'm so sorry! I-I didn't mean to hitch hike on you train! I swear! I j-just-"

"RELAX LADY! I'M LEX AND THIS IS REX!," the one on the left yelled, gesturing to the one on the right, blocking out the girl.

"HIII!!" he yelled at her.

"OH, MOVE OVER!" the girl yelled, shoving the two boys out of the way, "Don't mind these two idiots! I'm Bex! I'm the smart one, the talented and strong one. You won't find-"

"HEY!" Rex yelled at her, "JUST CAUSE I DON'T HAVE A SPECIAL TALENT DOESN'T MEAN YOU HAVE TO RUB IT IN MY FACE!"

"OH YES IT DOES!" Lex yelled back. They all tackled each other as Sophie just watched awkwardly.

Voices came from outside the train, "...not likely."

"We'll never know! They woke me up!"

"True"

Two people walked in front of the train cart and gasped at the sight. One was a woman with amber hair and blue eyes. The other was a boy who looked her age with ginger hair and periwinkle eyes.

"REX BEX LEX!!" The boy yelled. All three ignored him and just kept tackling and rolling around in a tangled ball.

The woman sighed before her eyes landed on Sophie, which freaked Sophie out, "I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hitch hike! Please don't call the police!" She begged.

The woman shared a look with the boy and they laughed. This confused Sophie. Like by a lot.

"Oh darling, we wouldn't!" The woman laughed again, "You can stay for however long as you'd like, but I think you'd want to know who we are first, don't you?" Sophie slowly nodded.

The boy smiled at her, "We, are The Lost City Circus!" Sophie frowned even more. She's heard her teachers in the foster care tell her how much circuses are a bad idea, but these people didn't seem bad.

"You haven't heard of us?!" Bex asked, making the two other boys stop trying to take each other down and look at her.

Lex stood up and frowned at her, "BUT WE'RE THE BEST CIRCUS AROUND!"

"YEAH! EVERYONE KNOWS US RIGHT?" Rex stood up too, and all three looked at the boy (who looked like them too) and the woman.

The woman smiled at them sweetly, "Of course! Not everyone, obviously, but yes, we are well known!"

Bex nodded, "EXACTLY, SO WHY DOESNT SHE KNOW US MOM?"

"I don't know, darling," the woman replied, looking curiously at Sophie.

The boy next to the woman rolled his eyes, "I'm Dex. This is my mom, Juline, and these as my brothers and sister," he gestured towards the three kids, "Bex, Lex, and Rex,"

Bex rolled her eyes, "WE ALREADY TOLD HER WHO WE WERE!"

"YEAH, NOW ITS HER TURN!" Rex said, making everyone look at her. It was weird, because they were acting like it was just another ice breaker session, when Sophie hitch hiked on their train, moved around their stuff, and basically broke the law.

But she slowly replied anyways, "Sophie Foster,"

Juline smiled at her "Hello, Sophie. Do you maybe... wanna come outside? We can find you a room somewhere for your stay and-"

"Oh, no!" Sophie smiled at them as sweet as she could, but she knew it came out a bit nervous, "I'm just passing by. I'll leave right now if-"

"NO WAY!" Rex yelled at her.

Lex nodded at Rex, "YEAH YOU CAN'T LEAVE YET!"

"WE NEED ONE MORE PERSON TO COMPETE!" Bex grabbed her arm, "YOU GOTTA STAY!"

Juline clicked her tongue, "Now now, we can't force people to do anything against their will! But, we would love if you stayed for lunch and headed out later!" Sophie pondered this. Why were these people being so nice to her? They could be scamming her...

She mentally gasped when a thought came across her. They could be here to kidnap her! Or worse! Call the police for money!

But weirdly enough... "Umm... okay sure!"

They all smiled at her and Juline gestured her to come out. Sophie shyly came out and thinly smiled at her, before walked with her and Dex.

First, ONG THE TRIPLETS ARE JUST THE MOST PRECIOUS THINGS IN THIS PLANET!!

Second, I didn't do Fitz finding her cause I thought the triplets finding her would be a lot cuter!
