(Meanwhile in Hosu City)

"Usually,  we wait for calls from clients,  but as you know, it's beeb busy these days in Hosu. " Manual said. "Patrolling the city will help support crime? " Iida asked.  "That's right. But I'm so suprised that Ingenium's brother came to our agency.  I'm sure you had offers from heroes more capable than me. " he said as he waved to a group of boys that were saying Hi. 'Hero Killer.  He is so elusive that he can't be caught.  This might be useless. But still... I can't stop myself from going after him. I... Cannot forgive him!' he thought as he pictured his brother,  attached to wires on a hospital bed.

=Somewhere=

"I see,  so you guys attacked UA.  And...  You're asking me to join you? " The hero killer,  Stain asked Shigaraki.  "Yeah... " Shigaraki said in his usual quiet,  voice.

(This is what he sounds like by the way)

"I'm begging you, our senior villain. " He said.  "What's your objective? " Stain asked them.  "First of all,  I want to kill All Might. I want to destroy everything I don't like. Damn brats like this too. All of them.  " he said he showed him a picture of Izuku. Stain's aura had turned serious. "It was silly of me to have taken interest.  You're the type I hate the most.  " he said.  Kurogiri and Shigaraki were shocked to hear this.  "You want me to follow along on your childish tantrums? " He asked as he put his hands on his blade handles,  preparing to bring them out.  "What's the meaning of killing without a atrong conviction? " he finished off.  'Hero Killer:Stain, A man that was called to incite growth in Shigaraki Tomura, who only shows interest in destruction. But this... ' Kurogiri thought as Stain brought out the blades.  "Master,  don't we need to stop this? "Kurogiri asked the screen.  Suddenly,  a voice was heard. "This is fine" the screen said.  "There's no point in giving away answers.  He needs to figure out his own imperfections.  To incite growth. That's what it means to educate someone.  " The voice finished.

=With Izuku=

He is staring at the broken microwave,  trying to process what Gran Torino had told him.  'Admiration for All Might is shackling me. I understand how to use it,  but my senses are not in harmony. I think One For All is more special than it is. Is that the reason why my movements are stiff?  First of all,  what does he mean by stiff? In contrast,  what's a flexible movement? Flexible..... AHA! ' he thought as he brought out his burnt notebook and began scribbling.  "That's it!  I was regarding One For All and the smash as a super killer technique. I had seen it up close!  Why did I ever notice it? That's right,  a quirk is a part of the body. I need to... Think about One For All differently. " He said. He was not aware that somebody was listening at the door.  Gran Torino was already there,  holding his plastic bags filled with groceries.  'His thinking is flexible.. I knew that from what I saw during the sports festival.  I think you found a pretty good one,  Toshinori... All Might' He thought with a smile.

=Central Tokyo=

"To be honest... I don't like you. " Pro Hero: Best Jeanist said.  "Huh? " Bakugo said with confusion.  "The reason you chose my agency... is because I'm one of the top five heroes, right? " he pointed out.  "You're the one that made the offer. " Bakugo said,  getting frustrated. "That's right. Lately they're all straight-laced, so you caught my attention... I saw your success at the sports festival. You freely handle your quirk with high potential, and you've required application too.  It wouldn't be a suprise if you were chosen as a sidekick with your outstanding talent. " He explained as they recalled the events of the sports festival.  "But... You have a fatal flaw. "You think you are the strongest, and you easily show it without caring how it appears.  A ferocious human nature. " He explained.  "You put in an offer so that you can lecture me? " He was getting pissed.  He took a step forward but was easily restrained by strings that kept his arms and legs tied together.  "Correcting ones like you is part of my hero activity.  Heroes and Villains are two sides of the same coin... I'll let those glaring eyes see what it is that makes someone a hero. "
