Chapter 5

Julie's p.o.v

This week I was going to tell my dad everything about what has been happening for the last month. It has been a week since the boys turned human and we figured out everyone could see them. My dad was starting to get suspicious. He thinks that their parents back in Sweden wouldn't just let 3 teens travel across the world by themselves. At least he has been letting them sleep in the studio. They don't actually have money so it would be bad if my dad told them to stay in a hotel. I just have to plan out what I was going to say to him first. Alex said that Luke, Reggie and him were going out for the day. Carlos is with my aunt so I am home alone. I was sitting on the couch and then heard the doorbell ring so I got up to answer it.

Julie: Nick?

Nick: Hey Julie.

Julie: Hi. What are you doing here?

Nick: Listen. I know you like someone else but please give me a chance.

Julie: Nick if you know I like someone else then why keep on bothering me about this. You are a really good friend. but-.

Nick: Who do you even like anyway. Is it the guy in your band?

I heard noise behind me and realized that Luke just appeared in my living room. Good thing Nick didn't see that.

Luke: Hey Julie we are back! Who's this?

Julie: Oh this is Nick. We go to school together.

Luke: Oh cool. Well I'm Luke.

Nick: Julie isn't this the guy from your band I though you said you never met them?

Julie: Yeah he is. I just met them in person for the first time last week. The band is staying with us.

Nick: Cool can I meet them?

Julie: Um.

Luke: Alex and Reggie are out in the studio.

Julie: Oh ok then. Let's go.

Nick: So Julie will you go on that date with me?

Luke: You guys are dating?

Julie: What no! We aren't dating. Nick came over to ask me on a date.

Nick: What can I say. I really do like you.

Luke: You should give him a chance Julie. After all it is just one date.

Julie: Fine. Just one date. After that you better stop bugging me.

Nick: I promise you won't regret it. Are you busy Friday night?

Julie: No.

Nick: Ok. Anyway I am going to go. Nice meeting you guys!

Alex and Reggie: Bye!

Luke's p.o.v

Julie and Nick left the studio leaving Alex, Reggie and I alone.

Alex: Dude what was that?

Luke: What are you talking about?

Reggie: If you like Julie why would you set her up on a date with Nick?

Luke: Yeah I like Julie but let's be realistic. If we got together that could change things. I just don't want anything to happen to the band.

Alex: It would change things but that doesn't mean it has to be a bad thing. Change can be good.

Luke: There is still a lot of stuff we have to figure out first. We are going to have to figure out what to do no since we are human now. We can't just stay in the studio forever. We also aren't going to be 17 forever anymore.

Reggie: I am not looking forward to the ageing part.

Luke: But do you get what I mean? Maybe once we get our lives together Julie and I will have a chance but for now its a no go. Even though Julie and I can't be together right now from what we have seen from Nick he will be good for her.
