THE UNTOLD STORY.

#chapter 17

So today, am finishing my examinations. The last exams I'll ever have in school and most probably the last exams I'll ever sit down and write!! Other students did their final examinations few days ago, others finished yesterday but I'm finishing today. It depends with the exam schedule you were assigned and mine mine exams was the last one in the year, there was no other exam after the one am just about to submit in five minutes.

It's been one and a half weeks since I returned from the trip. I had my examinations so I was busy all this time. I stayed in the library with Emma and Selina most of the times. Sometimes I had a paper during the lunch hours so I just had lunch at the canteen. I would take to Anna on Skype for a video call sometimes when I missed her so much. I've been avoiding the topic of tea party all this time but I don't think it's going any further since the party is tomorrow! Anna is also going to be home today!

Time is up so I hand over my last paper and walk out of the examination hall sighing with relief. I know am a straight A student but still, exams are exams, hectic as usual, fuck the one who invented examinations! Emma and Selina are going to pick me up in an hour. Selina did her last paper two days ago and Selina did hers hours ago and she did her clearance with the school and went home, she said she'll pick me up later.

I went to my locker, got everything out and walked to the school library. I returned all the books that belong there and signed the clearance sheet. I went to the canteen and paid for all the debts that I had, noonononoo!! I never took food without paying, it's Emma!!! Whenever she won a dare against me, or if we bet and she wins, she asks me to treat her at the canteen so I usually tell her to go get whatever she wants in my name and I'll pay for it. I got my clearance sheet cleared and free to leave the Uni, I'll only be back here for my graduate and then forever and ever away!!

I stood by the main entrance large glass door as I waited for the Maxfield sisters to pick me up. A black SUV packs in front of me just a few steps away and the doors open, coming out were the girls. They hugged me and I we went back to the car, as I took the back seat.

"Girl have gone dress shopping or do you have a perfect dress for tomorrow?" Emma asked as she drove the SUV.

"Hmmm!" I answered back.

She stopped the car making us worry what's the problem, we looked around but we didn't hit someone, "what's the problem with you lady? Can't you drive?" I asked looked at her with wide eyes.

"What the hell did that 'hmmm' of yours mean girl?" She asked looking back at me wanting to jump on me but Selina got her on time or else...!!

"I don't know if I have a dress or not! I don't even know if I'll attend or not!" I said looking outside the car trying to find something interesting to talk about than this damn tea party.

"Now drive! Am done with all the unnecessary dramas you create Emma!" Selina shook Emma's whole body to get her back to drive us.

As she started driving, I said, "that's what you have to put up with when you have such a melodramatic sister or a drama queen as a friend!"

"Look who's talking!!" She shouted accusing me of being a drama queen.

So I later found out that the society had planned for a big get together this month. All the member were told to bring their daughters and daughters-in-law along with them! This means all the money smelling persons will be there. Am surely not attending it! But then Selina and Emma....!! They'll be there too, at least I'll enjoy with them but still! The fact is still the same!

We reach at MacFarlanes mansion and the gates are open. The guards come and check who's getting in and when they see Emma, they don't ask anything and just allowed her inside.
