To start things off, here's a oneshot with the main protagonist Midoriya! Enjoy this very first oneshot! :)

--------

This was your first time flying on a plane overseas by yourself seeing as your parents never really allowed you to do anything or go anywhere off on your own because of how overprotective they were. With that being their method of raising you, you learned to always be cautious and wary of everyone in your surroundings and be skeptical of anything you weren't sure of. That made it hard for you to put trust in others and make friendships and so during your childhood, you'd often spend your time inside with your family and other kids would look at you weird for not socialising and making friends which surprisingly didn't bother you that much.

One of the other reasons why you didn't have very many friends was simply because of the quirk you had manifested to which the other kids would tease you saying that it'd be a useful quirk for the villains rather than the heroes side. They would point out all the reasons and benefits your quirk would have as a villain and that was when you learned not to put your trust into others and when you started being skeptical of the words that came from their mouths.

When you had just turned four years old, you had already manifested your (what your parents deemed 'powerful') quirk; illusions. It was no wonder people thought you could use your quirk to do evil seeing as you could create just about any illusion, big or small, as you wished but it took you all your life to learn all the skills you have now. Right as you had just gained your quirk, you weren't allowed to show it off to others and your training immediately started.

Your mother and father knew that you had the potential to become one of the most powerful and well known heroes the world has ever seen and so they taught and trained you constantly in hopes of having that vision become reality.

Which brings you back to the ride on the airplane to Japan. Having lived most of your life in America, you had been born in Japan living with your distant cousin's family at the time before your parents found it fit to move to America. They were heroes and did lots of hero work but there was this important business trip that came up at their hero agency that they needed to attend to which would bring them to the South and so they decided it was best for you to spend time with your equally powerful cousin's family for a few months.

In the time you'd be staying in Japan, you would be attending the well known U.A High for heroes studying in class 1-A and staying with Japan's number two hero and his son; the Todorokis. It had been a long time since you had last seen your distant cousin but his father, was supposed to be picking you up once your flight had landed.

You stared out the window at the clouds and waved your hand out in front of you, creating a mythical bird that was flying alongside the plane. Eyeing it and its movements, you got bored of creating such a meaningless illusion and the bird disintegrated into purple particles before completely disappearing. You slumped back in your seat and took out your earbuds to listen to some music. It would be at least another hour before you would arrive and so, you slept and contemplated on what would happen when you arrived.

You stared down at your phone screen and read the latest message your mom had sent you that simply stated, 'Your cousin's father should be picking you up right as you disembark the plane. He's not easy to miss.' Looking around, you saw no sign of Endeavor and let out a sigh, deciding to take a seat at one of the nearby benches and continue listening to your music as you waited.

It felt like forever until your patience had finally been tested and you couldn't wait any longer. What was taking the second best hero this long? Getting frustrated, you were about to text your mom again and tell her that he hadn't shown up yet before a voice called out from a few feet away.
