In a swanky coffee place downtown, a young man places the receiver back down with a grin on his face.
He thanks the barista for letting him make the call and orders a Dark Mocha. He carefully carries the cup to his seat and sits down. He tears open a packet of sugar and empties it all into his coffee.
"They're getting married next weekend," he mutters cryptically as he reads the headline of the newspaper an older man is holding.
"Sarah and Derrick to Wed on October 1st"
He glances out of the window at the huge billboard - an endorsement for the cosmetic brand, Daneige. He thinks the photo is rather well taken. Her bright smile is the highlight of the picture - beautiful and infectious - and her long, blonde hair - a colour that matches his own - is caught in the wind, swaying wildly behind her back.
"Cut it out, young man. Get another celebrity crush! She's getting married!" the old man, whose newspaper he had peeked at, says, having observed his star-struck expression.
"I know," he responds. Then, after a moment, he turns back and asks the man, "don't you think I resemble her? A lot of people tell me that."
"Hmm. I don't really think so!" The man erupts into coarse laughter.
Collin smiles and sips on his coffee. "My Godfather says so though."
He reaches into his bag and retrieves his own newspaper, which he has bought from a stand on his way here. He lays it out before him and reads the first line of the article.
"After months of speculation, Daneige model, Sarah Delaney and actor Derrick Clark finally decide to tie the knot..."
