I slid my underwear and stocking drawer open, my stuff already unpacked, and stared in it blankly. "Do you have any spare knee socks, Marlene?" I shouted at my roommate, who was currently brushing her teeth in our shared bathroom. She peeked out there with a toothbrush in her hand. "What were you saying?"

"She wanted to know if you had any spare knee socks." Lily snorted, knowing what's going on, as she was sitting on her bed, already dressed in her robes even though she had her first class in an hour.

Marlene rolled her eyes, "You still haven't returned the two other pairs I'd landed you last week!"

"But I really really need them." I begged her desperately.

"Where are the other pairs?" She suspiciously cocked her eyebrow, folding her arms.

"I'll return them, I promise!" I clasped my hands together in a praying way, "I'm running late for class!"

Marlene sights and goes over to rummage her own drawer, pulling out a new pair of folded knee socks. She then handed them to me and I quickly unfolded them.

"I love you, I love you, I love you!" I exclaimed pulling the knee socks on quickly.

Before I grabbed my leather on-shoulder bag with all my books, I pecked her cheek thankfuly and stormed out of our dorm for Potions class.

I'm so fucking late, fuck.

Lately I've got quite distracted by the younger Black brother, to be specific, three times in the library - restricted section.

That's where I've forgotten my knee socks. All three times. And let me tell you, it was particullary good sex.

Keeping things lowkey with Regulus was the best decision made. Nobody knew about us except Lily, who secretly made fun of my random sexual encounters, when I ocassionaly missed lessons. Sometimes I walked to my next class, when Regulus pulled me behind the corridor and we made out.

What are we? Friends? I mean, we're more than just classmates, but friends? I don't even know at this point.

As for Sirius Black, after the night in the boy's dormitory his presence felt different, in a weirdly good way, though it was bloody confusing me. Is this a Black brother's thing?

"Attention to detail in the preparation is the prequisite of all planning-"

I entered the class in the quietest way possible, hoping I could crawl in between the students unseen, although Slughorn notices me by the first creaking of the door.

He glances me up and down, "Ah, Miss Xavier, nice of you to join us."

I had Potions with Sirius, James, Remus, few other seventh-years and the sixth years, including my brother Valerian and babidiboom Regulus.

My friends were in the back of the classroom, grinning and whispering some shit as they were observing the professor's demonstration, or at least that's what Slughorn thought they were doing. In fact they were spitting about the girl in the front who had big breasts.

I rolled my eyes at their idiotic behaviour. Sexualizing women for something that's overraly natural and unaffectable is just straight bullshit.

As soon as they spot me, James waves me over with a wide beam and I slip into the available seat next to him.

"Now, as I was saying. I prepared some concoctions this morning-"

I turn around to Sirius and Remus, who were sitting just behind us, "Y'know, I'm surprised your eyes didn't pop out, Padfoot." I shout-whispered.
