It was about two weeks later and Chanyeol was on his way back from the hospital with Luhan and Tao. He was shocked to discover they were his childhood friends.

Chanyeol had spent most of his first years in china. Apparently his parents had offended the wrong people at the time. His mother was still pregnant with him when his father sent her away in china under the protection of some old friends. They were also a mafia family but a more powerful one and so he knew his wife and unborn child would be safe while he stayed and sorted things out.

Chanyeol was born in china and grew up with Luhan who was the son of his dads old friend. They met Tao later in life when they were 8 years old and became great friends. But unfortunately Chanyeol and his mom went back to Korea when he was 11 and he had not seen or spoke to Tao and Luhan since then. And now they were working for Baekhyun.

Baekhyun. Chanyeol had not seen the older male for over a week now. He suddenly had to leave a few days after Chanyeol moved in to settle some business in China. Chanyeol was worried about sharing a bed with the man but not having him around seemed to make him feel worse. He missed the man and the strange way the man made him feel wasn't any better.

Did he like the man? Could they be together despite the age difference? Did Baekhyun like him that way as well? Did he need to have sex with the man so that he could prove his feelings? He wasn't even sure what he was feeling.

"Yeollie you good?" Luhan broke him from his thoughts as they sat in the car going back home.
"Yeah I'm fine" Chanyeol responded shyly looking down.
"You sure?  You seemed lost in thought"  Luhan said concerned for the younger male. He was 2 years older than Chanyeol and so he always took the big brother role.
"I'm good. I'm just thinking about some stuff" Chanyeol said still avaoiding eye contact but Luhan held his hand. Chanyeol finally looked up and saw Luhans worried expression.
"I know things have been hard on you these past weeks. If you need to talk to someone I'm here but of you need a professional therapist that can also be arranged.  I know you refused before but you don't need to pretend you're okay Chanyeol. We are here for you a d we want the best for you"

Chanyeol tool a deep breath to fight the tears "Thank you guys. I'm glad you're here for me like you always were when we were kids. I'm okay. I promise. I just need time" Chanyeol said before letting go of Luhans hand and looking out the window.
Luhan and Tao shared a look of concern but decided to drop it for now.

Chanyeol tried to keep his emotions in check. His ankle was better and so he didn't need the wheelchair anymore. They removed his stitches as he was healing well and the bruises had disappeared by now. He just needed to be patient for his broken arm to heal but other than that he was physically well. He looked okay but... they were scattered storms in his heart. What Kris did to him and is still doing hurts him real bad. Chanyeol loved him but the man never cared and still wants to just f**k him. He beat him physically and emotionally and it would take a long time before Chanyeol would be able to recover from that. That was a fact. A fact the golden eyed beauty chose to bear on his own because he wasn't ready to open up to anyone yet. And he might never be.
