Naveen's pov:

I can't able to be here knowing she will be with him laughing and having fun. I tried to divert myself so I decided to login my hospital account and check on the column. I switched on the laptop and login, I was scrolling down but nothing caught my interest. After few minutes I heard Janani's screaming.

I stood up from my place and hurried down and the screaming were coming from the kitchen and its getting even louder now.

I ran and stood near the entrance to see Janani's hand were in his hold and her fingers were bleeding. Athai also standing near them with the ice tray.

"What the hell is going on" I shouted and all their heads were turned towards me.

I hurried to her and took her hand from his hold and started to examine it. " How did it happened" I asked her.

"I was cutting the veggies... " She started but I cut her off.

"Who the hell told you to cut the vegetables" I snap her.

She never said anything, I sighed and turned to athai " Athai do you have first aid kit" I asked her.

"Yes Naveen, wait I'll bring it" She said and went out.

"Let's get you out from here" I said and guided her to the living room and made her sit on the couch.

Athai came and gave me the kit, I opened and took the antiseptic bottle and the cotton pad. I started to apply it on the wound. Each time I touch the wounded place she whimpered. "It will stink, so bear it" I said.

"I know that" She said and tears were flowing from her eyes.

"Then why are you crying" I snap her.

"Because it's paining" She said.

I blowed and then applied the ointment and then bandage it. " See what the mess you have made,I told you to stay with me " I asked her.

"I was just trying to help them to cook" She whispered.

"You know nothing about cooking, then why did you helped them in the first place" I questioned her.

"They both were teasing about my cooking skills, that's why I did that to prove them" She said and stood up in front of me.

"You don't need to prove anything to anybody" I said strictly.

"It's okay Naveen, one day or another she needs to face all these so why not today" Athai said.

"Athai why she needs to cook" I asked her.

"What question is this Naveen" Athai questioned me again.

"Don't get me wrong but why she needs to cook. She has my mom there and here you are there. Then why needs to cook " I asked her.

"You're right but what if one day she is the situation which makes her cook. What will she do then" Athai asked.

"At that situation I'll be there to help her and I know cooking " I said.

"But Naveen what if you're also not there with her" This time Rahul asked me.

"I won't leave her side at any situation" I said looking at Rahul eyes.

"What if" He started but I cut him off.

"There will be no situation she will face alone, I'll always be there to help her" I said sternly.

"Janani we need to go to hospital" I said.

"What,why" She asked shockingly.

"God, you need to put an TT" I said annoyingly.

"Yes yes, I forgot about that" She said.
