I am or was Rex's girlfriend, until he died in a car crash. We met in school and have been together ever since, his family even took me in when my mum died and my dad became an alcoholic and started abusing me. Rex had to protect me from my dad once, after that he took me to his house and told his parents. They told me that I will stay with them from now on, I was so happy I didn't have to go back to my house. When Rex died, I didn't feel safe anymore, I didn't have my knight in shining race car. His parents told me I am still staying with them even though Rex isn't here anymore. I watched Speed grow up, it should be Rex watching him grow up but I know Rex would be so proud of his brother.

Speed got caught up in the Royalton scam so Speed ended up having to enter different Races and had to win them to get to the Grand Prix. He joined forces with Racer X to get through the races which was a bonus as Racer X got rid of the racers who were out to get Speed. Since I met Racer X he's reminded me so much of Rex, things he does, things he says. They just reminds me so much of who Rex was, I have my suspicions that Racer is Rex but I can only assume. When those guys broke into Speed's hotel room, Racer X was very quickly on the scene and seemed to protect me as if I was the one in danger.

I was in my own room when I heard the commotion, I ran to Speed's room to find Speed and some masked men fighting so they were aiming to attack Speed not me so why would Racer X protect me when I wasn't the one in danger? My only explanation is that Racer X is Rex as Rex would try and protect me in any situation even if there was no immediate  danger, that was just the kind of person he was. Just wanted to protect me from everything because of  what I've been through in my life. I really do hope he is Rex as I miss him so much.

Speed found out that one of Races that was on his side was only in it to get Rich out of the Royalton company. Speed goes out to the track to release his anger, I follow him to make sure he's okay. I sit in the stands watching him go round the track. I notice another car go out behind Speed. I panic thinking there out to get speed but I notice that it's Racer X so I settle down. Speed then loses it at a turn and stops in front of Racer X, he get's out to talk to him, they have an argument, I can tell cause I can see it on Speed's face. Racer X then takes his mask off, I head down towards the track to make sure everything is okay.Once I get down there, I hear Racer X say "I'm not Rex."

Speed then said something to him that I couldn't hear then walks in my direction. As he passes me I said "Hey." He just keeps walking, I turn and walk out onto the track towards Racer X. I say "Hey." he then turns to me as I said "You are Rex, aren't you?" He smiles sadly and says "Look at me, I'm not him. I'm sorry. I wish I was to ease your pain, Savannah but I'm not him." I crossed my arms and said "Looks don't mean shit. There is such a thing as plastic surgery. After the crash... It may have been the only choice. I've noticed, certain things you do or say remind me of Rex. I mean there are some things only Rex would say or do that you do too. Then when those guys broke into our hotel rooms, you protected me like I was the only person that matter to you. Then you made sure I was okay after it all, like you asked me about 5 times if I was okay. And... You called me Sav. Only Rex called me Sav."

He looked me in the eye with such sadness, he then looked at the ground and sighed, he looked me in the eye and said "Yes. I'm Rex. " I looked at him and started crying. He then said "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry for all the pain I've caused you, Sav. I'm sorry I lied to you." I looked up at him and said "Right now, I I don't care what you did. I've missed you." I then ran over, wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him. He hugged me back just as tight as I hugged him. He then said "I've missed you so much. It's been so hard especially with you being so close to me and not being able to hug you or kiss you."

I then pulled back and looked at him, he then kissed me with so much emotion. He then pulled back and said "Please, don't tell Speed." I looked at him in confusion and said "Why?" He told me "It's best he doesn't know." I said "You need to tell him, he has a right to know." He then said "Maybe when all this is over. But right now I want to spend some time with my girlfriend, if you'll allow me." I smiled at him and said "Of course. I've wait for this day for years." We smiled at each other, he kissed me again then we both decided to go back to his.
