The battle;
"Avelline hurry" I heard hermione yell as I run down the stairs sprinting to the common room.
Ginny and hermione had these irritated, lingering looks glued on their faces. I gave both of them a soft, innocent smile trying to make things better for me.
"Merlin! Why do we always have to wait for you?" Ginny asked "Why do we always have to wait for her?" She gave hermione a questioning look and she shrugged her shoulders in response.
"Well we are gonna be late so let's go" i walked passed them, not wanting to hear their lecture about me being late.

We were in the great hall, eating breakfast. Hermione and I were sitting besides each other, discussing about my detention last night. I didn't tell her everything, only a summon. She was lingering on the thought of why would Malfoy pull such a move but I told her that it wasn't really that deep and that he wanted to make people suffer and that I was his next victim.
"So how was your happy hour" Fred grinned, waiting to hear something intense like a fight or even a hex battle.
He was disappointed to hear that all that happened was; a lot of ignoring and a merely useful potion tutoring.
Harry on the other hand had an expression of pure sock. He looked wistful - probably trying to understand malfoys sceptimistic, just like hermione had done.
"I can't understand. Draco decided to turn the detention into tutoring? Why? That doesn't make sense" Harry's sceptic face didn't budge.
"Don't ask me, I know it's absurd but I'm not inside his head -nor I wanna be-. I have no idea what his greatest intentions are" I retorted abruptly.
"I just find weird how a person with such hatred towards us, griffindors, potters, inferiors to him, decided that his time is worthy of tutoring someone" Harry continued deepening his thoughts more and more by the minute.
"Harry it's really not that deep, just let it be. It was one time thing" I assured him, although he didn't look convinced, he let go of the matter.
Phew! Easier for me!

"Okey class- let's partner up" Lupin ha da wide smile on his face, loving, welcoming. It made me, us, all of the students feel happy and excited to be in his class.
Professor Lupin was the newest addition to Hogwarts professors, he was teaching Dada, a subject subtle and fatal.
"And to make things more interesting, I'm gonna be making the teams" he quickly announced, making sure that the students would not be left alone to partner with each other's best mates and transform the class into a jungle.
"Okey let's see Hermione and Pansy, Ron and Goyle, Harry and.." for a moment his gaze lingered around draco, he was contemplating if it was a good idea to actually put them in a team together (although it didn't look like his main cause was friendly team ups). "Blaise and Draco with Avelline. Everybody find their partners"
Me and Draco shot a disgusted glare at each other. It was more of a assurance, he was letting me know that his hatred was deep, so deep that a couple of getting along classes wouldn't do a single difference, and I responded with an equally disgusted, hostile, pure of hatred glare.
"Though are gonna have a battle with your partners. You are all about to fight each other, though I will not accept any kind of deathly, dark, dangerous magic. We are all here to test you knowledge around defensive and simple, safe attacking spells. You understand?" Lupin warned us.
