Chapter 14:

I was so exited! It had been exactly one year since I started working for the boys, which meant it was only 2 days away from mine and james' one year anniversary! I lot had changed in a year, we were all more mature and barclay even got engaged to Lucy and we saved up enough money to buy a proper house. We had planned to just have a few drinks in the house together to celebrate me working for the boys. It was a great night and we all shared stories of what we remembered about each other.
It soon came to the morning of mine and james 1 year anniversary. I woke up in the highest of spirits, to find a note on the side dresser it read "to my beautiful baby, happy 1 year anniversary, sorry I'm not there when u woke up but I'm planning your big surprise for tonight! Love ya baby, forever and always, James xxxx" my face lit up as I read the note and happily skipped down the stairs to find all the boys sat down eating their breakfast. They saw me walk in and I sat down next to jake on the free bar stool "where's James?" I questioned grins appeared across all the boys faces "somewhere!" Chris replied and they all started to chuckle and narrowed my eyes and gave them a stern look but they weren't saying anything. All of a sudden my phone lit up and started to buzz, it was james, I answered the phone (🎀=Katie, 🎩=James) 🎀"hey baby, where r u?" 🎩 "it's a secret", he said giggling " just be ready for 7, I'm coming to pick u up for our date, dw the boys will help u chose a outfit! oh and btw happy anniversary baby, love you!" 🎀 "I love u too, bye babe" 🎩 "bye", and with that r phone call ended. I checked the time and it was 9:00, so I had plenty of time. Me and the boys went into the game room and started to play FIFA I beat all the boys except Jake and Casey. Then I noticed it was 4:00, I decided to run myself a bit bath to help me relax, because I was a bit nervous for tonight, once I was finished washing my hair and myself I walked out of the bathroom wrapped in my towel, and saw all the boys had invaded my room, looking through my wardrobe and discussing my clothes "ugh..hum" I coughed they all turned around in astonishment to see me with a towel around my body "what r u guys doing?" James wanted us to help pick out your outfit!" Reece said I nodded my head in response. "Oh..my what have we here!" I heard casey shout as he opened up my underwear draw and pulled out my lace thong, the boys whistled and I just stood there laughing, I took the under where out of Casey's hands "oi, james should be the only boy touching my underwear" I said smirking "to much information Katie!" Charlie muttered "sorry" I giggled. I sat down on my bed as I watched the boys rifle through my closet pulling out all my clothes and putting them into piles 'no' and 'maybe'. Tom then pulled out a red lace dress the sleeves started on my shoulders and they were 3 quarter length it clung onto me and puffed out around the waist and stopped just below my knee! "This one!" Tom said while admiring the dress all the boys turned their heads and nodded in agreement, I stood up and took the dress from tom's hands I grabbed the underwear I laid on from my bed and strolled into the on suite I returned a few minutes later wearing the dress, "what do u think?" I gave the boys a twirl and they started to clap "perfect" Reece said, I have him a smile and walked over to my dressing table and turned on my straightener and waited for it to heat up, I grabbed my make up and turned to the mirror, I started to apply my concealer and foundation, then I moved on to my eyes I did a dark smoky eye and toped it off with a thick line of eye liner and my normal mascara I then picked out my favourite red lipstick and gently smothered my lips with them, I then straightened my hair and let it flow down my back, (I found it funny how the boys just sat there watching we do my hair and make up) I walked over to the bottom of my wardrobe and chose my red buckled strap high heels (they were 11 cm, but I still wasn't as tall as james) I put them on and turned to the boys "how do I look?" "Stunning", "amazing", "beautiful", "james will be gob smacked" my cheeks flushed a warm glowing red colour at their comments.
