Chapter 12:

I woke up at 6, and I was the first up. I turned over to see james asleep with a cute grin on his face, he looked so peaceful! I carefully slipped out of bed making sure not to wake james up and went into the kitchen. We still had a couple of days left on the bus before we reached r first destination, so I decided I should try and eat something other wise the boys would start to notice and ask questions. I made myself a slice of toast and sat down in the bean bag chair, I took one bit of toast and ran to the bathroom, I threw up instantly I turned round to see james standing there with a terrified look on his face. He walked me back into the living room and we both sat down on the couch he then said "Katie I know about your problem" I looked at him shocked and burst into tears, he tried to comfort me but it wasn't helping "when did u find out?" "I've noticed for the past couple of days, but I didn't say anything incase I got it wrong, but baby u need to get help" I nodded my head in response I told him about how I've suffered from anorexia when I was younger! We decided that if I was going to get over this I needed the support from the rest of the boys so once they all woke up I asked them to all going into the living room and sit down, they were gob smacked after I told them but they were very kind and told me that they would help me through it. I felt so loved and safe and I knew then at that moment in time I would be okay!
