Scorpius POV
I woke up to Rose screaming upstairs. "ROSE!!!" I screamed. "ROSE!!!! ROSE!!!!! NO!!!!!" I yelled as I heard her scream. She was thrown back down after what felt like hours. "Rose, Rosie. Wake up. Please wake up..."
She opened her steely blue eyes after about five minutes. "Scorpius?"
I hugged her with all my strength. She responded by hugging me back. "Rose, I'm so sorry."
"I'm fine."
"No you are not, she just hit you with the cruciatus curse until you blacked out."
We stayed there for a while, before Delphi came back and took Rose.
Rose POV
I was being taken away for torture again. "CRUCIO!!!!" she yelled and it hit me, the pain that had been my life for about a day. "ROSE!!!! ROSE!!!!" Scorpius was screaming downstairs. She hit me again. Black was swimming at the edge of my vision, I wanted to pass out, to black out, to just die in a little ball on the floor.
After about 6 hits I passed out.

"Rose? Rosie, please be okay."
"I'm so sorry Scorpius."
He held me gently, and he started crying. "This is all my fault...."
"Scorpius, no, it's mine."
He shook his head and sobbed. It broke my heart to see him this way. Then I got an idea.
Roses are red, dilly, dilly
Violets are blue
Because you love me, dilly, dilly
I will love you
Let the birds sing, dilly, dilly
And the lambs play
We shall be safe, dilly, dilly
Out of harm's way
I sang in the most comforting way I could, and soon Scorpius stopped crying. "I love you Scorpius." I whispered in his ear. "Me too. More than life itself." he whispered back. We sang duets for the next little while, trying to distract ourselves from what was happening.
Around an hour later, I was taken up again and tortured until I blacked out. I got a glimpse out the window right before I passed out, and it looked to be about 4:00 pm.
I missed my mum. I wanted her and my dad. I wanted to wake up in the Gryffindor girl's dorms and be able to talk about this like it was just an awful nightmare I had.
The thing is, it wasn't.
Scorpius and I fell asleep holding hands.
