POV: Lauren
"No love, it's a simple and light hearted interview. Our groups are asking each other questions as if we don't already know the answers. No questions about Emilio, no questions about Morgan, no heavy questions." I cupped my wife's cheeks in my hands and looked into her eyes. "Mike has Emilio and would die protecting him. He is in good hands. It's ten minutes long. No more than ten."
"But what if-" Natilie went to list every possibility that could ever happen, but I stopped her before I let her mind wonder that far.
"Mi Alma, Emilio is safe. You are safe. I am safe. Everyone is safe. The interview is being held back stage. The camera crew is coming in, their producer is going to hand us question cards, and we're just going to have fun with it. Mike is searching them before they even step foot into the back hallways." I tried to cover everything I could before she could think of something else.
Natilie looked for other possibilities while I cherished the moment while I could. She leaves in a few days to go to Miami. Alone. To lure out Morgan who has offered money to a gang for help. Did Mike get some backup set up by the other gangs he knows? Yes. Mike is Mike. No other way to put it.
"Alright, I've checked them, ran background checks on all of them, and Emilio is with me." Mike walked into the room with Emilio on his hip. "You guys shine in five."
"Thanks Mike." I gave Mike an appreciative smile. "See? Nothing to worry about. We are safe."
Natilie slowly nodded her head.
"I love you with all of me, Mi Alma." I kissed Natilie before kissing her nose and then her forehead which makes her giggle no matter what. Mad, happy, sad, moody, it always works.
"Ready to roll out, ladies?" Camila asked after loudly setting her empty cup down.
"Yes, I have some questions for you bitches." Michelle shot up out of her seat.
"Like what?" Dinah scoffed and rolled her eyes.
"You'll see." Michelle shrugged and waited for Daisy before leading everyone out of the room.
"Take this with you to ease your nerves, but keep it hidden." Mike handed Natilie a small pistol.
"Thank you," Natilie let out a sigh of relief and tucked it away in her boot after making sure the safety was on.
"I'll be in here with the door locked. Either make up a random beat on the door or yell to get me to open it. Yell something random though. Surprise me." Mike shrugged and followed us to the door.
Natilie waited to hear the lock click into place before grabbing my hand and following the girls.
"Relax baby. Let's have some fun with this, okay? I haven't gotten to see you laugh in weeks." I practically begged my wife. I haven't seen the woman I married in weeks. I catch glimpses of her, but no more than that.
Natilie took a deep breath and nodded her head.
"On in five, four, three, two, one!" One cameraman yelled.
"Hello everyone! We are Fifth Harmony!" Ally started us off.
"And we are Four Minutes Left." Natilie smiled at the camera before looking at me.
"Alright ladies, we are going to ask questions back and forth to expose each other and maybe learn something new. You guys are unpredictable, so I probably will." Daisy looked at her card with a question and threw her head back with a laugh.
We all have a card with one question on them. This should be fun.
"Fifth Harmony, if you had to pick between the five of you, who would you throw to the wolves and why?" Daisy snickered as she read the question.
