Hey guys........ I'm just gonna go straight to the point. I'm really really sorry the last time I've actually uploaded a chapter was a year ago...... Oops? Anyway here is the next chapter!

As I crossed the finish line with luke and Niamh we all stopped to breathe and I smiled I knew their was going to become normal running with these guys. "Woooh yeah go jack!" I heard calling from the sideline oh shit my smile immediately fell. I turned and saw Cassie cheering and running over towards us "wooh babe that was amazing! You run like the wind" she said and leaned up to kiss me. " woah woah woah what are you doing?" I asked and pushed her off of me bewildered that she even dared try to kiss me after what she did. " what am I not allowed to kiss my boyfriend now?" She asked pouting. Is she serious this girl must be bipolar! " what the fuck are you on about?! Are you thick?! We finished when you cheated on me!" I said through gritted teeth. "But baby you know I didn't mean to! Oh please forgive me?" She purred "oh hell no is she serious?!" Niamh said exasperated. "Uh and who are you" Cassie snarled "do not talk to my sister like that!" Luke spat to Cassie. "Uh like excuse me she was the one being rude first Jackey! Make em stop?!" My ex wined. " 1: don't you ever call me that again 2: no I won't make them stop they are nice people actually looking out for me for once who actually care and 3: get it into your head that we are never ever getting back together!". "But......but.....but Jackey I love you!" The she devil cried "but nothing your just sorry because your reputation will most probably go down. Cass were over and you know it and I have everyone on this track field to prove it " I breathed relieved to finally get that out of my system. "Fine! But-" she started "goodbye Cassie" I declared turning round to Luke and Niamh " you guys wanna hang at mine for a while?". "Sure we're doin' nothing " Niamh said as luke nodded. "Cool ill meet you back here in a bit once me and your twin are finished showering and stuff" I concluded as I started to jog off with luke towards the changing rooms as she went in the opposite direction to the girls changing rooms.

Once we were ready to go we walked back to my place and I let them in. "Wow cool space" the female twin said approved with my home while her other half nodded smirking and said " I bet a lot of chicks just beg to come here" I looked at Niamh and she just smirked along with him and said "yeah I bet". I chuckled " nah man they don't just beg they get on all fours and plead at my feet ". They laughed and sat on the sofa making themselves at home"Yo guys want a diet coke?" I questioned. "Diet?Why diet? why not just have normal coke" Came a confused luke, I smiled and said " dude it just tastes better but I've got normal if you want it?" I then heard " just get him the damn diet coke he's just being awkward" came Niamh as I heard her twin chuckle amused." Got it! New twin thing number one luke likes to be awkward and question things" I said trying to sound as commentator like as possible. As I sat down and handed the cokes to the twins I looked up and saw the pair of them giving me the hardest look. Shit what've I done now? I looked at them both one by one until they both said "what music do you like?" I looked at them both before I burst out laughing at the question. "Oh my god.....funny one guys....... I thought you were gonna ask me for everything I had then!" I managed to stifle out between laughter but it died shortly after looking at them again still with hard looks on their faces. "This is a dead serious question this could make or break if we hang out with you or not" she deadpanned. "Um I guess I like pop punk, emo, rock and alternative rock" I said shuffling nervous under their gaze. That was until a smile broke out on their faces simultaneously and a sigh of relief breathed through my lips and we all fell about in fits of laughter. "Bahahaha...... You should've seen your face man...... That was the funniest thing you looked like a scared rabbit!........" Luke trailed off laughing. "Dude don't scare me like that shit I thought you guys were gonna kill me if I gave the wrong answer or something" I said slightly annoyed but smiled cuz it was also kinda funny. " oh no but we were serious about the music being break or make for us I'm just glad you made the right choice" Niamh breathed out smiling and taking a sip from her coke. "Ok so now I have a question for you guys" I paused for dramatic effect ........" Whose your favourite bands?" The twins looked at each other and then said at the same time "bring me the horizon and panic! At the disco!" Damn these guys were good. I just smiled and nodded my head in approval. "Good choices people Oli Sykes badass! And panic! Needs no explanation for their awesomeness!" I approved, they smiled and whooped glad I liked their choices " but what bout you?" luke shot back and Niamh oohed and leaned coke in hand "ok well my band needs introductions people drum roll please!" I exclaimed and we all patted our hand on our legs getting faster and faster until I cried " Marianas trench, You me at six and ........ Panic! At the disco!" "Haha yeah buddy! Great minds think a like" they shouted pleased with my answer and high fived.

A few hours later while we were watching tv Niamh piped up and asked her twin "Yo what's the time bro?" "oh shit it's nearly 5:45 sorry man we gotta bounce mum always wants us home for dinner at 6 on weekdays unless we already for told her we had plans?Ya know your welcome to come if you want though? Mum always cooks enough to sink a battleship!" her twin replied getting up and downing the rest of his coke along with Niamh, it was times like these when I wish I could say yes but I just couldn't and I didn't want to go into why they wouldn't understand I mean they only just met me so like the cowered I am I replied " it's alright but thanks for the offer mind if I come next time?" I wasn't sure if I saw it or not but I think i saw Niamh's smile falter? But if she did it was gone as soon as it happened and she said "sure yeah no problem well uh we'll see you soon then" she said understanding and hugged me goodbye once Luke and I man hugged and walked them to the door. Once they were out of sight I sighed and went inside turning up the heater on the radiators as I went. for September you could certinatly tell that summer had definitely left and that autumn had settled in and If I wasn't so alone I could have someone here with me to warm up my cold and broken heart, mind and body but I just laughed bitterly knowing damn well that was never going to happen to someone like me I mean at the moment things were just going downhill. So I did the only thing to do in times like this. I closed all my curtains, shut all my doors and left only my bright side light on as I went and picked up my old beat up guitar that sat in the corner that no one knew I had. I sat back down on the sofa next to the light and started to strum but abruptly stopped and tightened up some of the strings and plucked at the strings till they were all in tune, once that was done I did the simplist thing strummed and sang. I was just a guy with a guitar right then not some stupid state champion runner or a broken hearted man I was just me. the guy with the guitar who sang a little that was it and right there no one witnessed the truest and purest part of me being shown to nothing and no one.

So sorry ive been away so long :/ but im back now i promise you and So in case you haven't noticed I've decided to change a few people's names. Aiden is now called Jake and Chelsie is now called Niamh. And are you guys all as stoked for Christmas as I am?! I'm sooooooo excited! Ahh only 2 days away!

Back to the book can you all please comment, vote and do whatever else it is you guys do to get people's books out there! And I want feedback people! Tell me what you think of the book and can some one please for the love of god do me a book cover! My ones getting old and really needs a new one so pretty pretty please!
