CONCERNED?

"They... They are for you,"

she said while covering herself with a blanket. As if going back to sleep.

'Wait!! What? Did I hear something wrong'

"What??" I asked again.

Coz I am 100% sure I heard something wrong.

"You said you didn't eat anything. So I ordered it for you. Take it as a payback for the food you ordered for me." she said and drifted into the blanket "If you don't want to remove your mask and Eat in front of me then take it to your room and have it there. And don't ever lie to your mom again"

I just stood there thinking about what just happened, No! what is just happening. I stood blank over there blinking my eyes in surprise.

"Take it and leave fast" she shouted showing her back to me and snuggling herself within the blanket more " I want to sleep!!"

"Ohh, sorry,"

I took the bags out and dashed out of her room. I stood out of her room sometime thinking what happen just now

"Did she care???" I asked myself being confused with her action

"Take it as a payback for the food you ordered for me."

"Nah!!! That was just payback, she told you right?"

I went into my room to have it.

Timeskip to evening

I sat on the couch watching TV when y/n came out of her room fumbling and supporting herself. I quickly wore my mask.

She sat at the other single couch near me facing the TV.

"How you doing??"

"Better," she said looking towards her leg and rotating her ankles in a circular motion.

"Great! Hungry??"

"Nope," she said " just pass the sprite,"

I passed the drink kept on the table. She took a sip of it gazing towards the TV

"I am seriously regretting my action. The consequence is killing me," she said looking towards her leg wrapped with bandages. "Why did I do that? I wish I can go back and stop myself from doing that "

It seems as she regrets stepping on the glass. She sighed and took another sip still looking at her feet.

She is looking towards the wounded leg, but something is wrong. I never thought she is a kind person who whines for such small things.

Is something wrong with her??

Or am I Overthinking??

'Ahh boy, you should stop Overthinking!!'

"Y/n!!" I called out "I will tell you one funny event that happened to me. Once I ate dog food in Korea, I thought it would taste good, as the dogs eat it so well, as if it's delicious to heaven and back, but!! I swear!!! I still regret eating it!! It tasted like shit!! How do they eat it?? How have they not died after eating it!!?"

She started giggling

"You're such a Dumbo!! "

'That feels good'
